Factory production of edible fungi has become a development direction and necessary trend of producing edible fungi in China.At present, in the process of factory production of edible fungi in China, most liquid inoculation equipment relies on import, while a small percentage of homemade liquid fungi inoculation machine is faced with problems such as low inoculation efficiency, big error and uneven distribution of single-bottle inoculation, etc.which has become the bottleneck for large-scale and factory production of edible fungi in China. To solve afore-mentioned problems, the thesis designs a symmetrical liquid fungi inoculation machine for producing edible fungi and also develops a control system for inoculation machine based on PLC.The main research content and conclusions are as follows:1.Make a brief analysis of overall structure and operational principle of symmetrical liquid fungi inoculation machine of edible fungi, mainly studies on key technologies such as stabilizing bottles, opening and closing lids, bidirectional symmetric movement and precise injection, etc.,which realizes two groups of inoculation injection devices entering into inoculation positions synchronously and reduces time of idle running; pneumatic control system adopted including material and liquid distributor and electromagnetic control valve for feeding fungi liquid, realizes precise control of liquid fungi in the process of injection; the machine can complete the working procedure of liquid fungi inoculation of edible fungi including feeding fungi bottles, positioning fungi bottles, stabilizing and opening bottles, automatic inoculation, closing lids and transportation, with an unit capacity over 9000 bottles.2.To realize high efficiency, precision and automatic inoculation of symmetrical liquid fungi inoculation machine of edible fungi, the thesis applies STEP7-MICRO/WIN software programming and designs a type of fully automatic and symmetrical control system for liquid fungi inoculation machine centered on PLC controller, HMI touch screen and frequency converter, equipped with corresponding sensor and actuator hardware. The system takes touch screen as human-machine interface, to monitor and control injection and inoculation process,which realizes fully automatic, highly efficient and stable running of liquid inoculation machine, and greatly enhances working efficiency of liquid inoculation machine.3.Making parameter optimization test for symmetrical liquid fungi inoculation machine of edible fungi and using orthogonal test method with indicators of inoculation precision, error between bottles and repeating differences, the thesis studies on three factors-injection pressure, nozzle diameter and injection time-and gets major and secondary factors influencing inoculation indicators and significant level of these factors.The test result indicates that injection pressure, nozzle diameter and injection time affect inoculation significantly, the optimal combination of various parameters is injection pressure 0.17MPa, nozzle diameter 4mm and injection time 0.52s.The test also verifies that when the machine works continuously, inoculation precision can reach over 99%, with errors between bottles less than 3%, and repeating differences less than 0.4g, and all indicators meet the factory production demand of edible fungi.The symmetrical liquid inoculation machine of edible fungi based on PLC control system designed in the thesis, has enhanced the automation level of inoculation equipment, ensured inoculation precision and made all indicators reach factory production requirement of edible fungi, providing effective guarantee for standardized, large-scale and factory production of edible fungi in China.
