The graphene which is a two-dimensional carbon atoms in crystal materials recently. Ideal structure of graphene can be seen as a single atomic layer of stripped graphite. Graphene is composed of carbon atoms with sp2 hybrid orbitals type hexagonal honeycomb lattice of thin film, is the world’s thinnest one-atom-thick materials at present, which thickness is only 0.335 nm. This kind of special structure contains a rich and novel physical phenomena, make graphene shows many excellent properties. Such as the high electron mobility、large specific surface area、excellent thermal performance and so on. In recent years, use the grapheme’s unique electrical properties by modifying some materials and prepare the performance better hybrid materials is a hot spot in current research. The thesis mainly from the following several aspects to carry out the research work:1. By using improved Hummers’ oxidation treat the graphite powder to make of graphite oxide, and then use the ultrasonic to spin out the preparation of graphite oxide. Get the graphene oxide colloidal suspension. We use XRD, TEM and SEM to analyse the sample’s structure ande morphology.2. Preparation of graphene-silver nanoparticles composites.Silver nanoparticles have very strong ultraviolet-visible absorption and localized surface plasmon resonance properties, which has unique application prospect in surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS) and nonlinear optical. Graphene has a single atomic layer thickness and good electrical conductivity, it’s a good substrate material. Research finding that in the graphene- silver nanoparticle hybrid materials, nanoparticles dispersed in the surface of grapheme, not only inhibits their reunion, can also greatly expand the application scope of Ag nanoparticles.3. The research of graphene/Ti O2 hybrid materials synthesis and photocatalytic performance: Because of titanium dioxide has no pollution to the environment and stable chemical properties became one of the best photocatalytic materials at present. But it also has its own limitations, such as low luminous efficiency and the carrier is easy to compound. Graphene/Ti O2 hybrid materials can make the light absorption of titanium expand to the visible light region, improve the efficiency of the carrier separation, thus improve the photocatalytic efficiency of titanium dioxide.
