Titanium dioxide?TiO2?is widely used in electronics,optics,medicine and other fields due to its unique optical,electrical and chemical properties.The potential application in cardiovascular implanted biomaterials has received extensive attention.At the same time,the application of nano-titanium dioxide film in antibacterial,cell growth and differentiation has also been widely reported.Silver,as another broad-spectrum bacteriostatic agent,can kill most bacteria.And rarely produces antibodies,can treat many acute and long-term infections.Silver nanoparticles?AgNPs?have excellent antibacterial activity and can slowly release silver.Based on the above background,this paper mainly synthesized nano-titanium dioxide and GO/TiO2/Ag2Scomposite materials by hydrothermal method in one step.The main research contents are as follows:?1?GO/TiO2/Ag2S composites were prepared using graphene oxide?GO?as the raw material,tetrabutyl titanate as the titanium source,and sodium sulfide as the sulfur source.Characterized by XRD,XPS,SEM and Py-FTIR,the results show that titanium dioxide and silver sulfide can be well dispersed on graphene oxide flakes.According to the results of bacteriostasis experiments,the composite GO/TiO2/Ag2S has a visible light Good antibacterial performance,this performance has a certain amount to make up for the lack of visible light spectrum of the composite GO/TiO2/Ag2S.?2?The composite GO/TiO2/CQDs were prepared using carbon quantum dots?CQDs?prepared by hydrothermal method and graphene oxide?GO?and nano titanium dioxide?TiO2?in?1?as raw materials.Characterized by XRD,XPS,SEM,TEM and Py-FTIR,the performance of CQDs in bacteriostasis was studied.The results show that carbon quantum dots?CQDs?can prevent the agglomeration of titanium dioxide and can bring titanium dioxide?TiO2?into bacteria In the vicinity,the bacteria can be eliminated.?3?Using silver nitrate?AgNO3?as the silver source and graphene oxide?GO?and nano titanium dioxide?TiO2?in?1?above as raw materials,a composite GO/TiO2/Ag was prepared.Characterized by XRD,XPS,SEM,Raman and Py-FTIR,the results show that silver nanoparticles prepared with graphene oxide?GO?are coated with titanium dioxide?TiO2?.Through the bacteriostasis experiment,the results show that the bacteriostatic effect of the composite GO/TiO2/Ag is better than the bacteriostatic effect of?1??2?above,and it is expected to be expanded and applied in medicine.
