In recent years, Because of the capillary electrophoresis method has advantages of fast analysis speed, less sample volume, high sensitivity, simple operation by instrument are used in analytical chemistry field. In recent years, capillary electrophoresis combined with other various analysis methods are used widely, Such as capillary electrophoresis electrochemiluminescence assay(CE-ECL), capillary electrophoresis chemiluminescence(CE-CL), capillary electrophoresis ultraviolet spectrophotometry(CE-UV) and capillary electrophoresis mass spectrometry(CE-MS) etc. These new combination methods greatly expand the use of capillary electrophoresis and also greatly improve the capability of detecting sample. Determination of human serum protein by molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) derivatized inner wall of capillary coupling of capillary-electrophoresis was successfully developed. The vinyl groups were introduced onto the silica by immobilization of γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane. Then the MIP coating was copolymerized and anchored onto the surface of the silica. The other preparation conditions, such as monomer concentration, temperature, and time of polymerization, were systematically studied. The obtained MIP-derivatized capillary was applied to capillary electrophoresis, which was used for separation and determination of human serum protein. The optimization of the experimental conditions was determined by evaluating various controlling factors: running buffer p H=9.6, 0.1 mol L-1 boric acid-sodium borate, separation voltage 30 k V, temperature 20℃, detected wavelength 192 nm.Through the comparative study of activated coke activated coke load manganese dioxide and adsorption removal of gaseous zero-valent mercury, manganese dioxide(Mn O2) found that load to the activated coke(AC) can obviously improve its adsorption removal of zero-valent mercury(Hg0) ability. Examines the adsorption, manganese dioxide removal capacity and adsorption removal of factors(temperature, concentration of zero-valent mercury and flue gas composition, etc.) of manganese dioxide/activated coke adsorption removal zero-valent mercury. The experimental results show that manganese dioxide(Mn O2) will zero-valent mercury(Hg0) catalytic oxidation of mercuric oxide(Hg O) and adsorption on activated coke(AC), it shows that the catalyst has high adsorption removal of zero-valent mercury(Hg0) ability.
