In this thesis,brown algae as the raw material. and go by a simple process and modification, and then through the adsorber molybdenum rhenium adsorption behavior of adsorptive separation ability to explore, select several types of green pollution-free and low-cost alginate adsorption agents, summarized as follows:First of all, the brown algae was roasted and obtain BA-ToC gel. Through a simple contrast on the absorption ability of the molybdenum and rhenium, found that the capacity of BA-400 oC gel for molybdenum and rhenium was better for BA-300oC、BA-500oC、BA-600 oC and BA, the maximum capacity of molybdenum and rhenium were 219.49, 38.33 mg·g-1.The BA-400 oC gel was characterized by FTIR、XPS, which was confirmed as adsorption mechanism is ion exchange. The adsorption process of absorb molybdenum and rhenium fitted Langmuir isotherm model. Additionally, the adsorption process followed pseudo-second order kinetics. And separation Re(VII) from the Re(VII)-Fe(III)-Zn(II) mixtures solution, investigate the practice application for BA-400 oC gel.Secondly, in order to improve the selectivity of molybdenum rhenium,useing molecular imprinting method, brown algae as the raw materia obtain two adsorbents Mo-PVA-SA-N(not printed), Mo-PVA-SA-I(imprinted). Mo-PVA-SA-I have high absorption rate for Molybdenum, and for other metal ions not absorb show Mo-PVA-SA-I has a specific selectivity for Mo. In addition, investigated the thermodynamics, kinetics and adsorption mechanism of the Mo-PVA-SA-I gel. And through the adsorption elution cycle experiment, show the stability and practicability of the adsorbent.Thirdly, inorder to increase the adsorption capacity and selectivity of molybdenum, through introspection suspension prepared sodium alginate microspheres K90 gel, The maximum adsorption capacity of 270.6 mg·g-1 in case of p H=1, while the lower adsorption properties for rhenium. By FTIR, XPS analysis the adsorption mechanism is chelation reaction. Use 3mol·L-1 HCl as analytical agent, after three adsorption elution cycle experiments, the recovery of molybdenum by K90 gel can also reach 80%.Fourth, in order to improve the adsorption capacity and selectivity of rhenium, brown algae as raw material,combination solvent extraction and ion exchange, N235 as the extraction agent, and TBP as the synergistic extraction agent, prepared sodium alginate composite microspheres 5TBP-N235-SA. The maximum adsorption capacity of 5TBP-N235-SA for rhenium was 53.57 mg·g-1 in case of p H=1, while not absorb other metal ions. Kinetic adsorption process followed pseudo-second order kinetics. Characterized by IR found the adsorption of rhenium belongs to the ion exchange process, the adsorption of molybdenum counterproductive synergistic extraction effect.
