| Based on the unique optical and well compatibility properties, the carbon nanomaterials have been widely used in detection, catalysis and bio-system: such as sensers and bio-imaging. In this paper, we synthesized different kinds of carbon dots by electrochemical etching, reflux and hydrothermal methods and explored their optical property. The carbon dots were futhure used for the temperature detection, bio- imaging and the interaction between carbon dots and living cells. The main contents are as follow:(1) The NCDs were synthesized by refluxing the mixed solution of C3N4 and ethanediamine. We explored the unique PL properties by UV-vis and PL. Moreover, based on the linear relation between the PL intensity and temperature, the NCDs can be design a temperature probe. The NCDs have been successfully used for detection the temperature of mouse.(2) Fluorescent carbon dots(FCDs) were synthesized by one-step sodium hydroxide-assisted reflux method from polyethylene glycol(PEG 200). The optical property was characterized by UV- vis, PL and Leica. In addition, the FCDs were used for bio- imaging and can realize selectively stain nucleus.(3) We synthesized CQDs with different functional groups(CQD-OH, CQD-PEG and CQD-NH2). The SECM was used for investigating the effect of different kinds of CQDs for cell membrane permeability. We had demonstrated the CQD-OH, CQD-PEG and CQD-NH2 can increase the cell membrane permeability by 13%, 8% and 19%, respectively.(4) We synthesized different sizes of SiO2 NPs(50 nm, 100 nm and 200 nm). The interaction between SiO2 NPs and HeLa cell was investigated by SECM. |
