In recent years,with the variety and diversity application of tungsten products,the demand for tungsten increased year by year at home and abroad.Due to the high grad wolframite be mined excessively.In order to solve the lack of tungsten resources situation,our country take the measure that mining impurity with high quality and low grade scheelite and mixed tungsten resources.However,traditional leaching process had the disadvantages of low leaching rate and energy dissipation or time-consuming.Soda boiling is the most important process of industrial production with tungsten,in order to improve the efficiency of leaching and reduce the time of leaching,It is very important to improve the soda boiling process.It is very effective that improve the efficiency of leaching and reduce the time of leaching with the mechanical activation technology. This paper consider to the process demands of the tungsten smelting company and design the tungsten mechanical activation leaching equipment based on the experimental prototype of tungsten mechanical activation aggrandizement soda boiling reactor.Analysis the the flow field of the reactor features and the factors by the technology of CFD.The results that provide theory of the design of equipment.According to analysis the affection of the flow field characteristics of the reactor with the tungsten mechanical activation leaching equipment structure by soft FLUENT.The result of the analysis concluded the regular of the impeller of the installation and the height of distance from the bottom and impeller diameter ratio with reactor diameter and the speed ratio of the impeller.When the impeller uniform distribution with 120 degrees,it is advantageous to the axial flow loop and the process of strengthening.Through the analysis of moment and power,this paper build the evaluation standard of the height of distance from the bottom,when the height of distance from the bottom take the range of 223 mm to 233 mm,it is advantageous reduce power and increase the effect of mixing.When the impeller diameter ratio with reactor diameter take the 0.136,it is the best axial flow characteristics of reactor and reduce the power.When the speed ratio of the impeller take the 0.4,increase the stirring intensity and promote the strengthening leaching and reduce the power.Secondly,According to analysis the technological process and its control requirements of the equipment with mechanical activation leaching for tungsten according to the soda boiling process.By the technological process and its control requirements,this paper choice PLC as the equipment control system.after the control process is designed to provide parameters todetermine the Siemens S7-200 series CPU226-type PLC, the digital out module EM222,analog input module EM231 and out module EM231 as the control center, select extract the detection point, the rational allocation of appropriate sensors.Finally,according to the the control parameters, and to complete the assignment Selection PLC I / O ports and the module type.
