Chemical reaction kettle is widely used in the chemical production, and the control mode in the reaction kettle is varied, especially the application of PID control mode, so the chemical reaction kettle has the very good reference significance on the study of the process control. This article set up by the chemical reaction kettle simulation system is based on the PCS7software to realize, PCS7software with its powerful function to the controlled object by CFC block, to control method is also applied by CFC block to implement programming, to achieve automatic control through the SFC sequence control function. In this simulation system is divided into three parts, the engineer station, operator station, automation station, engineer station the preparation of the hardware configuration and control program and simulation of the object, and for the design of graphic objects on the operator station, and the design of the data archiving. Engineer station and operator station communicate through industrial Ethernet to automation station.The control method which i choose is frequently used in PID control mode of the ratio control, split-ranging control and cascade control, the value of PID control parameters are used by PID Tuner to set. Due to the controlled object is very complex, with large inertia, large lagging link, difficult to get by way of system identification.In this article only through access to information to obtain the mathematical model of controlled object.
