In this study, three bacteria (Pseudomonas fragi、Pseudomonas lundensis、Pseudomonas koreensis)and three funguses(Uncultured Trichosporon clone IBT4A-K2、geotrichum CBS 121.22、Rhodotorula sp. AL-S1 isolate AL-S1-43) were isolated fromnatural cold spring of Yanji and Longshi. After purification and identification, those bacteria and funguses were used to investigatetreated effectof the COD、TP and ammonia nitrogen on the degradation of sewage from river water, and it is the first time that the three bacteria were applied to the study of the wastewater treatment.In the experiment, a series of modified mixed bacteria particles were obtained by the six microbes, sodium alginate and different diameter activated carbon. We studied and compared the treated effect between the mixed suspension bacteria and the immobilized particles to the river water effect. And it was studied that the three particles treated the wastewater. Additionally, we studied that the combination of the hybrid levitation, adding the proportion and resting time of mixed bacteria suspension in processing river water were discussed in this paper.The paper used the six purified bacteria as raw materials to prepare a specificly modified series of mixed bacteria particles,with the sodium alginate embedding.The treatment effect of the mixed suspension bacteria and the immobilized particles to the river water effect wa-s studied and compared.In the treatment of the mixed suspension bacteria to the river water, mixed bacteria combinations, adding the proportion and resting time were discussed;The study that immobilized microbial particles treated the river water was the optimal dosing p-roportion of particles, the preparation conditions and the three immobilized microbial parti-cles.Through the experimental study, we can obtain:(1) The optimal combination of the mixed suspension psychrotrophs was all of the six microbes. (2) The optimal conditions of suspen sion mixed psychrotrophs was bacteria resting of 96h and dosage of mixed bacteria of 5%. (3) Onthe best conditions, the maximum removal rateof COD and the TP maximum in the river water was 83.53% and 47.45%, respectively. And the largest removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 71.79%. (4) The sodium alginate embedding the smallparticle size activated carbon and the mixed bacteria was the optimal method in the three immobili-zation methods, and themaximum removal rate of COD and the TP maximum in the river water was 87.72% and 53.05%, respectively. And the largest removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 93.51%.The above results showed that mixed six kinds of microorganism have the best effect on treating pollution of the river water; and it is better for treated effect about pollution of river water by mixed sodium alginate, active carbon and all of the six microbes; the results of removal rate of COD, TP and ammonia nitrogen showed the treated effect of immobilized mixed bacteria is better than the free state of mixed bacteria.This study has important significance for treating the sewage of cold area. And it also can provide a good foundation for the following research, especially the three species of Pseud-omonas used to the treatment of sewage. The study has an important reference value for researching the treatment of immobilized microorganism and free microorganism used to treat pollution in cold area, also.
