This paper combined with chemical method, enzyme treatment method and ultrasonic method to preparate micro-nano fibrils. The first used chemical method to purificate the salix of cellulose, and get more pure cellulose. Then preparate cellulose into micro-nano fiber by using cellulose treatment and ultrasonic treatment. Besides improve on Properties of melamine resin and Poly vinyl alcohol. The conclusion is as follows.1. After purification of Salix fiber, the content of cellulose was increased from 55.59% to 82.62%, semi cellulose is reduced from 22.37% to 8.47%, lignin is reduced from 18.20% to 5.98%. Products contained a small amount of impurities in cellulose. After purification, the crystallinity increased from 59.53% to 71.19%. There was a part of cellulose Ⅰ changed into cellulose Ⅱ.2. Enzyme treatment can make the fiber fully water moistening, wire brush and can be suspended in a beaker. Enzyme treatment can make the fiber size becomes smaller, the proportion of cellulose increased from 82.62% to 92.29%.The Cellulase can hydrolysis the non crystalline region and Semi cellulose from cellulose. So the degree of crystallinity of cellulose was increased.The size of diameter between 32~64 nanometer and length between 200~900 nanometer by enzyme treatment and ultrasonic treatment of micro-nano fibrils.3. Add the micro-nano fibrils suspension into the melamine impregnated liquid. Addition of 10% the melamine impregnated liquid is the best. The surface abrasion resistance is the best of fiber board. The wear value was obvious reduction. The Crystallinity of melamine was the highest.4. Add the micro-nano fibrils suspension into polyvinyl alcohol. Addition of 3% the melamine impregnated liquid is the best.The filamentous of modification polyvinyl alcohol film distributed uniform.The thermal stability was the most stable. The rate of moisture absorption was the lowest. The tensile strength was the maximum.
