Three preparation of Salix mongolica’s micro/nano fibrils’process conditions studied in this paper by the mechanical method-ultrasonic,combining ball mill (dry milling) with ultrasounic, combining ball mill (wet milling) with ultrasonic.By characterization methods of the result,it determines a preferred, range of process conditions. Salix micro/nano fibrils’morphology is observed, the characteristics of the micro/nano fibrils also studied in the paper. Conclusions are as follows:1. For the present study, the nitric acid-ethanol extraction method compared with cellulose method were more suitable for further processing.2. By ultrasounic method to prepare Salix mongolica’s micro/nano fibrils, the resulting particle size distribution is in90%at5.0~92μm when the fiber suspension concentration was0.4%,the ultrasonic power is1080W,the time is100min.3. In the method of ball milling (dry milling) combined with the ultrasonic, the mass of material is1g,the preferred conditions for the mill speed is230r/min,the time is lh,the number of pellets is40. Proceed with ultrasonic treatment, ultrasonic preferred process conditions:ultrasonic Power is1080W,time is lOOmin. Its particle size distribution can be obtained between2.0~85μm.4. In the method of ball milling (wet milling) combined with the ultrasonic, the mass of material is lg,the concentration of the cellulose suspension is1.7%.The preferred conditions for ball milling’s speed is240r/min,the time is lh,the number of small-ball is50.Proceed with ultrasonic treatment, ultrasonic preferred process conditions:the ultrasonic power is1080W,the time is110min.Its particle size distribution can be obtained between1.0~78μm.
