Solid wood liquefaction technology allows degradation of macromolecules into liquid reactive small molecules, and then transformed into a new polymer materials, is a method of obtaining enables the utilization of timber. In this paper, the use of biomass liquefaction technology will liquefy Salix flour and use its liquefaction products were isocyanate foam, both of which combine to create a lightweight wall insulation material. In order to improve the efficiency of Salix liquefaction, the flame-retardant effect of liquefied product isocyanate foam and foam material, the paper Salix liquefied ethylene carbonate, and the process of isocyanate foam liquefaction products were explored. The results are as follows:1.Sulfuric acid as a catalyst, Salix wood flour can be quickly liquefied ethylene carbonate. In the reaction temperature 150℃,liquid-solid 4:1, the amount of catalyst 4% under the conditions of the reaction after 20min, the residue rate dropped to 8.45%.2.After analysis, the main component of wood flour Salix cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in sulfuric acid catalyst in ethylene carbonate decomposition reaction occurs, increase the number of unsaturated bonds, while the substitution on the phenyl ring makes react Salix after liquefaction exposed more functional groups, and therefore the liquefied product contains more reactive groups.3.Salix performed using liquefied polyisocyanate foam, through the nucleating agent, a catalyst and an isocyanate, etc. The amount of adjustment factors to improve performance of the foamed material. The results showed that:a nucleating agent causes the foam cell formation of fine and evenly distributed to achieve the effect; stannous octoate as a catalyst have a great influence on the properties of the foam material; the amount of isocyanate is one of the important factors affecting foam properties. General statement of the nucleating agent in an amount of 4% CaCO3, the amount of stannous octoate catalyst is 6%, the amount of the isocyanate under the conditions of 100%, the chemical properties of the foam material may be the best value.4.Select boric acid, borax as a flame retardant, at an isocyanate foaming process, both the ratio of liquefied products separately according to different groups of the foaming test, the detection method using an oxygen index of the foam material is oxygen index, and then determine the foam the flame-retardant effect. The results show that the flame retardant and the liquefied product of 1:1 added foaming. the oxygen index value is maintained at32.2%, the level of flame retardant effect.
