With the continuous development of China's modernization,Plastic wood material has a high utilization value as a newly emerging composite material.In recent years,the utilization of waste resources has been the focus of national development.The solid waste was analyzed in the process of production of vitamin B6 by oxazole process.The groups in the black paste was mainly amino,carboxyl and hydroxyl groups.The carboxyl group can react with the hydroxyl group,Amino was one of the groups in the swelling flame retardant.Possibility of using compatibilizers and flame retardants for plastic-wood composite materials.China has a certain development in the field of plastic wood composites.However,there were still some problems of small amount of wood powder and poor performance of wood plate.Based on the research status of plastic-wood panels at home and abroad,as well as the concept of waste utilization of solid waste,This experiment mainly studies plastic-wood composite materials with certain flame-retardant properties.Due to the uneven dispersion of wood flour in polypropylene,when the wood powder was mixed with the polymer matrix,the special process was used.That was,through the reaction of the black paste and the wood powder to make the required monomers,The polypropylene was grafted with maleic anhydride.The twin-screw extruder is used to extrude the monomer and the grafted body to produce a plastic-wood composite material.The influence of wood powder and black paste on the properties of wood material was studied by testing the impact strength,tensile strength,bending strength and nailing properties.The results show that:(1)Reaction temperature should be controlled at 550?,wood powder in the stage of carbonization stage,sawdust absorb a lot of thermal decomposition reaction,which produces a large amount of liquid products.such as acetic acid,methanol and wood tar;The time should be controlled at 60 min,and the amount of solid waste could be controlled at 6%,and the maximum carbon rate could be obtained.The movement of carbon particles in solution is mainly divided into translational motion and rotational motion.The translational motion accounts for most of the motion of the mass,and through the visual measurement,the equivalent diameter of the micelle is measured to be 0.03385mm~0.03949 mm.Therefore,the industrial solid waste could be added to the wood powder as a flame retardant and the carbon rate of sawdust was increased to achieve the flame retardant purpose.(2)In the process of process molding,in the preparation of plastic wood composites,The machine head pressure of the extruder was 15 MPa,the body temperature was130?~170?,the head temperature was 165?,and the main engine speed was 12 r/min which could achieve good mixing effect.(3)Because wood powder and polypropylene were not completely mixed at this stage,The aggregation effect of wood powder causes stress concentration.According to the actual industrial production,the quality score of the wood powder under the optimal conditions was 50%,the impact strength was 5.8 kJ/m~2,the tensile strength was 20.1 MPa,the bending strength was 30.3 MPa,and the grip strength was 207 N,Rockwell hardness number 76.(4)According to the actual industrial production,the black paste content of the optimal conditions was 7%,the impact strength was 9.6 kJ/m~2,the tensile strength was21.2 MPa,the bending strength was 30.6 MPa,and the grip strength was 253 N,Rockwell hardness number 103(5)When the mass fraction of the black paste was up to 6%,black smoke was not produced by the combustion experiment,and the plates did not drop.And after removing the lighter,the open fire went out,with a small residual spark.When the quality fraction of the black paste was 7%,the carbon rate reaches the maximum value of 57.4%,indicating that the plate has certain flame retardant properties.
