Alongwiththerapiddevelopmentofmachineryandequipmentmanufacturing,thecompl exandhigh-precisionofpartshasalsoproposedahigh-efficiencyandhighprecisionrequireme ntsaboutmachinetoolindustry,ifwanttochangefromthedesignofmachinetool,thedesignofth emachinetoolisthebasisforthedevelopmentofmachinetools,intelligentdesignofmachinetoo lisanimportantresearchdirection,ithasimportantsignificancetoimprovethedesignefficiency ,reducethecostsofmachinetools,improvecompetitiveness.StudyingdesignfeaturesCNClathesandintelligentdesignsystem(ICAD)onthebasisoft heCNClathesinthspaper.Itbuildstheoverallframeworkoftheintelligentdesignsystemintheb eginningofthispaper,inturntodivideintothespacedescriptionofmultipleinstances,numerical controllatheprogramdesignbasedongeneticalgorithm,thenumericalcontrollathedetailprog ramdesignbasedoncase-basedreasoningand3dparametricmodeling.Thespacepartdescriptionofmultipleinstancesisthefoundationofthesystem.Atfirst,this papermadespacedecompositionforCNCmachinetool,thecomplexinstanceiscomposedofva riousfunctionalmodules,whichmakesthedesignmoreaccuratelyrealizethefunctionofeachm odule.Duringdecompositionbasedontherelevantmethodsofgreycorrelationtodecomposen umericalcontrollatheaccordingtothefunctionalandstructural,theirdecompositiondirectlyaf fectstheperformanceofthegeneticalgorithmandcasereasoningsystem.Geneticalgorithmandcasereasoningsystemisthecoreofthisarticle.Firstlyusegenetical gorithmtoselectthebasicschemeofnumericalcontrollathe,geneticalgorithmssystemtoconv ertthedesignrequirementsandanalysistheindicators,throughtheindexsetupacorresponding mathematicalmodelasthefitnessfunctionofgeneticalgorithm,accordingtothebasicstepsofg eneticalgorithmselection,crossoverandmutationtooptimizescheme.Aftergeneticalgorithm designlathes,requirefurtherrefinementoftheprogramobtainedspecificcontourofparts,witht hehelpoftheexistinginstancesexperiencelaunchofmeetthepracticalrequirementofinstance, analysisinfluencestructurepartstodeterminethevariousdesignparameters,usingthehierarch yanalyticprocessandexpertmethodtodeterminetheweightparameters,nearestneighbormeth odtocalculatethesimilarity,afterretrievingthesimilarinstanceusinggeneticalgorithmtomodi fy,usingthecorrelationmethodtoevaluate,eventuallyformingschemethatcouldsatisfythereq uirementofusers.ItusesUGsecondarydevelopmenttoexpresstheoutlineofproductfeaturesinthispaper,us efeaturesandexpressionsdrivegraphicstogeneratethree-dimensionalparametricmodeling,b etweenthecharacteristicsandexpressionstodependoneachother,eachothercancommunicati on.Attheendofthecasereasoning,passingthesizeofthedataobtainedincase-basedreasoningt otheexpression,sothatexpressioncandriveparameterstogeneratethree-dimensionalgraphic s.Inthispaper,theestablishmentofknowledgebaseonmulti-spacedecompositionusingge neticalgorithmsandcasereasoningderivedspecificprograms,accordingtotheresultofcaserea soningestablishesthree-dimensionalmodel,sothatitcansimulatethethinkingmodeofthedesi gnerstodesign,avoidtoomuchrepetitionwork,improvesthedesignefficiency.
