| The slope has become one of the most basic geological environment of human engineering activities, the instability of slope sliding as one of the world’s three major geological disasters, seriously endanger people’s life safety and production safety. The open pit mine rock slope governance issue is a technical difficult problem in the engineering of open mine slope anti-sliding reinforcement governance, which needs carrying on the systematic analysis and research from various aspects of the survey, design, numerical simulation and construction and so on. Slope sliding has happened many times in the 701 open slope mining since the construction of infrastructure. Recently the 335 platform in the lower part of the open pit mine slope also appear cracks, and sustainable development. In order to guarantee the security and stability of slope and effectively mining of the 335-305 bench ore, so carried on the slope skid Reinforcement. This paper of 701 lower slope slip landslide reinforcement engineering system analysis research, mainly includes the basic characteristics of landslide survey, stability analysis and comprehensive control scheme selection, and using finite difference software FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis to carry out on the slope before and after reinforcement. It major acquires the following conclusions:1ã€The lower slope sliding body is mainly influenced by the F2 fault, the slope of the sliding failure mainly along the F2 fault, it is passes type landslide.2ã€The slope is in stable state in the natural drying conditions, it is in an unstable state in the rainfall especially rain continued conditions, the slide slope untability is probability.3ã€The paper presents three kinds of slope anti-sliding resistance reinforcement scheme. The first scheme:" Prestressed anchor cable and Flaky slope wall and Drainage and Monitoring ". The second scheme:" Prestressed anchor cable and Pile holes and Flaky slope wall and Drainage and Monitoring". The third scheme:"Prestressed anchor cable and Situ reinforced concrete lattice and Drainage and Monitoring". Through a wide range of comprehensive comparison of the technical feasibility and economic benefits, chooses "Prestressed anchor cable and Situ reinforced concrete lattice and Drainage and Monitoring" as the management of the slope sliding resistance reinforcement scheme.4ã€Using the FLAC3D numerical simulation scheme of the selection of governance, numerical simulation results show that the slope slip after reinforcement, slope safety factor is 1.23, meet the specification requirements of the safety factor of 1.20, close to the design safety factor; The slope of the stress and displacement after reinforcement significantly lower, and distribution is reasonable. Prestressed anchor cable force is normal, the maximum tensile stress is less than the designed anchoring force, does not appear to yield the status of the damage. The study selected governance program achieve the expected results, and reaches good results. The selection of ideas of this slope sliding resistance reinforcement scheme has good practical guidance for similar slope governance engineering. |
