The Ultimate pit slope angle of open-pit mine is a steep increase in every corner while saving a lot of stripping funds, but may lead to slope instability in the production process to increase the stability of the slope maintenance funds. In short, the Ultimate pit slope angle is an important factor in determining the stripping ratio and slope stability of mine. Rock slope stability study at home and abroad and the most appropriate method is the Lagrangian finite difference method(FLAC3D).In this paper, by the application of FLAC3 D, according to the contrast of each steep increase once the final slope angle to save money and peeling may take reinforced slope stability cost, determine a reasonable and feasible technology of Ultimate pit slope angle.On the basis of this key technology, relying on the Inner Mongolia Xin Gold Mining Limited Company, the main conclusions of the research work and obtained are as follows :(1)Through the geological survey sampling and indoor rock mechanics test, rock mechanics parameters and the parameters of open-pit mine are determined.(2)This paper introduces the basic characteristics, calculation principle and application range of FLAC3 D, and introduces the Mohr-Coulomb plasticity and null model in detail. The basic principle of the strength reduction method is introduced briefly.(3)The stability analysis is carried out by FLAC3 D to determine the ultimate pit slope angle, and the safety factor of the slope is calculated by strength reduction method.(4)The local reinforcement measures of the slope at the ultimate pit slope angle is studied by FLAC3 D.(5)The conclusion of enterprise application site construction and supervision effect is observed and the reliability of the research is evaluated.(6)Open pit slope ultimate pit slope angle handing wall, the footwall take 50°, the parameters of the slope are: 2 security platform spacing of a sweeping platform, the security platform width is 4m, the sweeping platform width is 6m, the step height is 12 m, the step slope angle is 65°;(7)Taking 115% of the weight of the rock mass in the tension zone in the local reinforcement anchorage cable which is reasonable;(8)The result of the calculation of the high bench mining is that the slope stability is reduced when the step becomes higher; the slope angle becomes slow and the stability of the slope is increased;... |
