Study On Database Construction And Media Early Warning For Food Safty Incidents (2005—2014)

Food is the paramount necessity of the people. Since the ancient times, the Kings acknowledged the significance of food to social stability and national prosperity. In the past, food security is the main problem, while food safety is the top concern at the present. Undoubtedly, food safety has become one of the most serious social problems. Melamine milk powder, clenbuterol pork, dyeing steamed bread and many other food safety problems are always emerging one after another. Combining the advantages of information collection and release of the media with the Big Data technique to do early warning will be a great breakthrough of concept updating and academic innovation.The introduction mainly focuses on the research status of food safety emergency management, the research status of media early warning of food safety and the development in the study of data, putting forward the innovation points of this paper and meaning of the media early warning of food safety.The first chapter discusses the necessity and feasibility of media early warning for food safety. The necessity is demonstrated through the economic influence of food safety, such as the medical expenses, import and export trade, and some relevant industries. Since media has the advantages of an acute insight, various information accesses and release channels, it ought to seize the opportunity to do the early warning report. In addition, the Big Data Technique will also provide a scientific reference to the future media early warning.The second chapter introduces the construction of the database, which includes the organization form of food safety database, the standards and rules, and the acquisition range of database, reference source, the principle of proofreading.The third chapter is the essence of this paper, exhibiting the data mining of the food safety by media. It presents the basic laws of the elements of food safety and analyzes the influence of food safety incidents on national economy in the perspective of industrial chain.The last chapter introduces three methods of media early warning, including monitoring warning, probability warning and derivative warning. The implementation of media early warning also needs to construct an integrated food safety incidents database, complete the food traceability system, and accelerate the integration of food industry, and there are still some other attempts to be made.
