Green,environmental protection and healthy consumption patterns had become the modern way of life,which was the inevitable result of the great development of social productive forces and the substantial improvement of people's living standards.However,due to various agricultural products in their cultivation,processing and circulation of the various aspects had were affected by the bad influence of many anthropogenic and environmental factors,had led to the quality and safety of agricultural products could not be guaranteed,not only had seriously threatened people's physical and mental health,but also had affected the steady development of agricultural products and Increase in producer income.Therefore,strengthened the scientific management of cultivation,processing and circulation of agricultural products,increased the early warning mechanism,discovered risks ahead of time,prevented risks,eliminated risks at source,improved the safety level of the overall quality of agricultural products,made people had a "green agricultural products",had become a major issue to be solved in today's society.Under this background,to research on the quality safety of non pollution agricultural products,to build the corresponding risk early-warning system,and to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the early warning system by using an example,to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,so as to protect people's health and life safety,and had summed up a set of feasible agricultural products quality and safety risk early warning system prototype,in order to provide decision-making basis for government departments to carry out food safety supervision,in order to further improve the agricultural product quality safety risk warning system to lay a good foundation,and provide technical support and application prototype,effectively avoid and reduce the risk of food.The specific research contents were as follows:(1)Had Designed the risk coefficient formula for this study,which provided the technical support for the application of the risk early warning system.Based on formula for calculating the risk coefficient of pesticide residues in fruit,calculation method of single factor pollution index of heavy metal,Nemero comprehensive pollution index calculation method,had designed the formula for calculating the risk factor of the single risk factor and the calculating formula for the risk factor of the multiple risk factors.(2)Had designed the comparison table of risk factor alert level?the comparison table of warning level and response level,as a basis for early warning level judgment and choice of response level of risk factors of non pollution agricultural products.Through the research and analysis of the impact factors,risk early warning types and response level of non pollution agricultural products,separately had designed the single risk factor and the multi-risk factor risk factor and the early warning grade control chart,and had designed for the four warning level is divided into: crisis without warning,the crisis with light warning,the crisis with heavy warning,the crisis with huge warning.Corresponding to the four emergency response,three emergency response,two emergency response and first emergency response.(3)Had analysed and designed risk early warning function module.Had designed the specific data structure of the early warning information collection module and the information collection module;the function module of pesticide warning had been designed,and the flow chart of the function module of pesticide warning had been worked out,and the risk coefficient and the warning size of some pesticide residues had been analyzed,and had designed the related comparison table;the heavy metal early warning function module had been designed,and the comparison table of some heavy metal indexes and warning size had been developed;had designed microbial warning function module,focus on the design of a part of the microbial indicators in agricultural products and the size of the comparison table;the quality grade function module had been designed,and the comparison table of the quality index and quality grade of the non pollution agricultural products in this study had been obtained;specific had analysed and early warning response module,had pointed out that the early warning response module should include the police intelligence,information release,emergency response system and recall mechanism;at the end of this paper,it briefly introduced extensible risk early warning module and designed the module expansion input information flow chart,prepared for the development of the whole system.(4)Instance verification.The risk assessment of pesticides and heavy metals had been carried out by using the sample data of non pollution agricultural products in Guangzhou,the warning for the risk of pesticide was no warning level,the warning for the risk of heavy metals was the crisis without warning,The warning for the comprehensive risk was the crisis without warning,enabled the four emergency response;the sample data of Carambola were heavy metal risk assessment,the warning for the risk of heavy metal was the crisis with heavy warning,and started the two emergency response.
