The silver-coated fiber fabric, polypyrrole/cotton composite fabric and commonpolyester-cotton fabric were used to prepare the double-layer anti-microwaveradiation fabric. With the synergism of all components, excellent electromagneticshielding effectiveness (EMSE) was gained, and secondary pollution ofelectromagnetic wave insecurity factors in using were eliminated.Based on the electromagnetic spreading regulation, shielding mechanism,EMSE estimation in electromagnetic engineering and the characters ofanti-electromagnetic radiation fabric, the theoretical EMSE prediction model ofanti-electromagnetic radiation fabric was proposed.The theoretical model was applied to silver-coated fiber fabric. As thetheoretical model was raised on the EMSE calculation method of dense flatelectromagnetic shielding which was very different from fabric with complex innerstructure, the actual experiment was also used to propose the appropriate EMSEprediction model of silver-coated fiber fabric.Polypyrrole/cotton composite fabric was prepared by in situ polymerization. Inorder to find the optimum process parameters, the influences of process parameters onthe EMSE of polypyrrole/cotton composite fabric were analyzed, so was the handindices test after polypyrrole deposition. With the actual experiment, the theoreticalmodel was corrected by the application to polypyrrole/cotton composite fabric topropose the appropriate model of polypyrrole/cotton composite fabric.Based on the analysis of the difference and relation of EMSE of double-layeranti-microwave radiation fabric and its components, the EMSE prediction model ofanti-microwave radiation fabric was also proposed by the weighting analysis in SPSS.
