In this study, maize germ oil, linseed oil, pine nut oil, olive oil and natural fishoil contains DHA were used as major original materials to prepare infants’ blendingoil which up to the China Nutrition Society’s recommendation standards (the ratio ofω-6and ω-3PUFA around at4~6:1while the ratio of MUPA and PUFA at1:1, thecontent of ω-3PUFA must exceed4%, SFA accounting for the proportion of totalenergy is lower than10%).Firstly, GC-MS was used to determine the ratio ofvarieties fat acids in different basic oil, respectively. The analytical results and Metlabsoftware were assisted to yield the theoretical formula of infants’ blendingoil.Secondly, the combination of single factor experiment and orthogonal testing wasused to obtaine the optimal preparing solutions. The prepared blending oil will also becarried out accelerated stability testing in order to ensure it can meet the relevantstandards and predicte its storage life. Finally, in vivo study were conducted toevaluate the influence on the mice’s brain memory and its acute-chronic toxicity.Herethe major conclusions were shown as below:(1)The formula of infants’ blending oil was consists of44%corn germ oil,34%olive oil,11%linseed oil,5%pine nut oil,4%peanut oil and2%natural fish oilcontains DHA.(2)Both behavior evaluation of animal and biochemical testing indicated thatinfants’blending oil can help improve wistar mouse’s memory.(3)In the toxicological evaluation in vivo, all of animals were normal and heathy, and the negative effects on bone marrow eosinophils dyed red blood cell andreproductive organ can not be observed as well when the animals intaked infants’blending oil in long-term.
