Study On The Improvement Strategies Of Existing Coal Blending System In Caofeidian Port Area,Kailuan

In recent years,the demand for coal is becoming more and more large,the coal industry plays a more and more important role in the economic development of our country.At present,many coal enterprises are at a loss state.In recent years,the state has focused on environmental protection.Therefore,the production and use of coal encouraged the implementation of the measures to protect the environment,and the structure of coal logistics enterprises changed.Coal blending is an important part of coal production.Improving the existing coal blending technology becomes a topic that must be studied at present.Because there are many problems in the existing coal blending technology,such as low coal blending efficiency,poor quality,high energy consumption and large pollution,it is of great significance to study the new digital coal blending system.This paper first introduces the concept of coal blending and related theories,and then describes the current status of coal blending in Caofeidian port of Kailuan.The elements of the coal blending system in Caofeidian port area in Kaiyuan and the factors affecting the normal operation of coal blending system were analyzed,which provided a theoretical basis for improving coal blending system.In order to understand coal users'requirements for coal,a questionnaire survey is carried out.From the results of the survey,the coal users' demand for coal is distinct and the target range is wide.According to the present situation of coal blending in Caofeidian port and the demand of coal users,the existing problems of coal blending system in Caofeidian port area of Kailuan are deeply analyzed.The main existing problems are the high cost,low efficiency and inaccurate results of artificial coal quality inspection by artificial coal blending scheme,and the coal quality and pollution in the open yard storage yard are destroyed.The environment is dyed and the management level is low.In view of the existing problems of the existing coal blending system in Caofeidian port and the demand of coal users,a series of improvement measures are put forward,including the development of coal blending software,the application of coal quality testing system,the construction of the coal storage coal,and the improvement of management level,and the results after the implementation of the improved measures are analyzed,and the transformation of the coal logistics enterprise structure is proposed.The strategy is to make the benefit.of coal logistics enterprises turn to win,and at the same time less environmental pollution,so as to contribute to the construction of an environment-friendly society.
