| With the accelerating pace of China’s urbanization, urban sewage substantially increased and eutrophication increasingly serious. In eutrophic sewage treatment, it’s high-cost and low-efficiency in using manual scavenging meanwhile the problem of workers’ health hazards from the sewage arises in most cases. In this article, the design and application of the automatic machine for implanting microbial to sponge, as a process equipment using microorganism in sewage treatment was completed in2011, it replaced the traditional labour force. But lack of time, there are much room in the optimization of its structure.The optimization design of the automatic machine for implanting microbial to sponge is based on the structure deficiency of the transmission system and the roller press. The main content of my thesis are simplification of transmission system and optimization design of wall thickness in the roller press, holes shape, size, quantity and arrangement on the cylindrical wall.The optimization design employs mechanical model to calculate yield limit of the roller press and the stress concentration of openings.uses the seamless integration technology and finite element analysis module of Pro/E Mechanica to model a rubber roller, having static analysis the mechanism, to determine the optimum value of the roller wall thickness, holes shape, size, quantities and arrangement way, optimizing the structure of the model. Using ADAMS software the kinematics analysis for the optimized structure is made, and it detects the movement and the force state during its move. Then using the fatigue analysis capabilities of Pro/Mechanica, we can evaluate the life of optimized roller press with the above-mentioned analysis result. Finally, the result of the above analysis is verified through the resistance strain gauges.The optimal design to the roller press structure can meet the lightest goal under intensity work condition, reduce the manufacturing and development cost, shorten design cycle of the mechanical product by using the design software. |
