Quality is the most powerful strategic that manufacturing companies dominate the marketweapons, which is essential for the survival and development of enterprises. With the rapiddevelopment of science and technology and economic level, power tools market matures, the ordersbelong to Hangzhou Company A customers increased quickly, company A catches production whileignoring the product quality control, the quality of the products appeared many issues that affect thecompany’s sales performance. Therefore, given a study of the company’s products for qualitycontrol is very urgent and necessary. This paper takes the GWS-07angle grinder of the assemblyline in Hangzhou as a project, studied in two phases, the one is in the procession of assembly lineand the other is assembly completed. The practice shown that, study played a control role on it.Firstly, through the GWS-07angle grinder quality problems and the assembly process ofdescribed and analyzed the key processes affected the quality of the angle grinder, select rotorassembly processes as control object, using Pareto charts, fishbone diagram and frequency AHPfactors affected the rotor assembly process of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the mainfactors affected the rotor assembly process results were personnel, material and equipment.Secondly, based on factors of GWS-07angle grinder assembly process quality control analysis,build the assembly process control model, use the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,single-factor analysis of variance, sampled methods, respectively, personnel, materials andequipment to control and proposed control measures, the use of U control chart method forassembling process quality control results for testing.Finally, analysis the assembly completed stage, it concluded there are four products testedflows, finished goods warehouse after the draw assembled, replacement parts, repair anddisassembly reassembly. In order to plan manual assembly system parts replacement capacityrationally, the ability of replacement parts influenced on the manual assembly system quality buyrate has been studied. A manual assembly system concept model included parts replacementcapacity was established, and a calculation expression for qualified rate in manual assembly systemwas built. The relationship between quality buy rate and replacement parts capability in manualassembly system was studied and The result that quality buy rate increases with the partsreplacement capacity in case of insufficient parts replacement capacity and quality buy rate is stablein case of sufficient parts replacement capacity. The results in this paper can provide theoretical andmethod support for manual assembly system planning, design and operation.
