Since the 21 st century, the product quality problem get more and more attention of people, the quality level of product has become the core competitiveness in enterprise, and has related to whether the enterprise can win market share. Because the quality characteristic is the major form of product quality, so the control of quality characteristic can ensure product quality. Along with the formation of the integration of the global market, the production mode of enterprises also has changed, in the manufacturing process of complex electromechanical products, the proportion of parts processing gradually shrinking, the proportion of assembly phase is bigger than bigger, this change greatly weaken the influence of processing quality to the enterprise product quality, while the influence of assembly quality was intensified. Therefore, this paper presents a topic of complex electromechanical product assembly quality characteristics and control technology research.First of all, the paper summarizes the importance and significance of complex electromechanical product assembly quality characteristics and control technology research, and puts forward research status quo of the subject related content.Secondly, the paper introduces the relative concepts of quality, quality characteristic, and key quality characteristics, this paper expounds the complex electromechanical products to identify the cause of the key quality characteristics, puts forward the key quality characteristics identification method---Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP).Then, the paper studies the main factors affecting quality cost in the complex electromechanical products manufacturing process, and proposes a repairable product quality cost optimization model, in order to achieve improved product quality, reduce product cost, lays a good foundation for subsequent assembly quality control technology research.Finally, the paper studies the deviation transfer theory of complex electromechanical products assembly process, and using the state space model to predict the fitting precision of complex electromechanical products, implement of complex electromechanical products assembly quality control. With six axis precision machine tool as the research object, this model is verified the effectiveness of the assembly quality characteristic and control technology in the process of manufacturing.
