Since the20th century, with the rapid development of machining technology, thenew special processing methods have emerged. Compared with the traditionalprocessing methods,the new special machining technology has made progressobviously, not only to solve the traditional methods can not solve the problem, but onprecision, complexity has significantly improved, so the study of new specialprocessing method is very necessary. This paper firstly introduces a positioningtheory and a new processing method both based on ultrasonic standing wave andultrasonic focusing composite field. In this method, ultrasonic standing wave fieldestablishment suspended container processing environment, led to the ultrasonicenergy, and the use of an array of phase modulation focused ultrasound technology,has been suspended for billets were pitting singulation. Finally using ultrasonicstanding waves and ultrasonic focusing on the mechanical properties of compositefield will be "cut" tiny scrap of shipment from the processed object to complete theprocessing.For study the correlation mechanism. Thispaper studies the content and results are as follows:1. According to the principle of ultrasonic standing waves, through the force ofsmall sphere standing wave field Establish equation, come in small spheres suspendedin standing position for a stable and an unstable suspension position location. Byestablishing of a standing wave field equations of motion of small spheres, simulatinga small sphere movement in the standing wave. Obtain the effect of frequency soundpressure amplitude, the density of small spheres on the ultrasound of their movement.By raising the frequency and sound pressure amplitude can shorten the time of thesmall sphere to the equilibrium position, the smaller the density of the small spheres shorter the time to reach the equilibrium position.2. For phased array focusing acoustic field distribution are simulated andanalyzed the influence factors of focus, appropriately increase the number of arrays,increase array element spacing, and improve the emission frequency of cases, caneffectively improve the focusing accuracy of phased focused, and narrow focal regionas well as to improve the energy focus within the region. Provide some basis for thefocus and control methods focal region.3. The establishment of a complex field of ultrasonic radiation superpositionmodel of small spheres. Proposes the vertical and horizontal directions of these twokinds of delivery profile.
