The Wetland is one of the three major ecosystems in the world. It is of vital importance forthe environment of a country, resources and ecological safety. The Yellow River Delta NationalNature Reserve was set up in1992, providing an important guarantee for its wetlands andbiodiversity protection and sustainable using in its range, it occupies an important position in theInternational Wetland roster. Because in the wetland of the research area, excessive reclamation,sediment deposition, environmental pollution and soil salinization arose, the function of wetlandappeared degeneration phenomenon. On the one hand, the Yellow River Delta National NatureReserve brings the huge ecological value every year. On the other hand, it also has an influenceon the ecological environment and daily life of people. If the ecological environment is damaged,people will face severe environmental problems. The study of the area on ecologicalcompensation has just started, and it has not yet formed a complete system. Being set in this fact,the article takes The Yellow River Delta Nature Reserve Wetland on as the object of the research,estimates its ecological value, and on this basis, explores the ecological compensation, whichmakes researches of theory and practice become more substantial.The main research content is divided into the following four parts:The first part mainly discusses the research background, Wetland ecological value and theresearch progress of ecological compensation at home and abroad. Besides, it tells the researchcontent, technical route, research methods and theoretical basis.The second part mainly discusses the general situation of The Yellow River Delta NatureReserve Wetland and the application of remote sensing technique. The article selects remotesensing images of1992,2002and2012from Landsat5TM and Landsat7ETM+, and classifiesthe research of the wetland resources by using cartographic software, in order to gain the wetlandtypes and acreage. In addition, it expounds the changes of the research area in20years, offeringinformation sources to the assessment of the ecological value. The third part includes the fourth and fifth chapter, which is the importance of the article. Byusing the information sources from above on, this part estimates the ecological value of TheYellow River Delta Nature Reserve Wetland, divides the ecological value into three parts, thoseare material production function, ecological function and social service function. By calculation,the material production function is2.491billion yuan, accounting for20.61%of the total value;in the ecological function, Soil conservation function is0.715billion yuan, climate regulationfunction is0.265billion yuan, saving water and flood regulating function is0.251billion yuan,wetland purification function is2.353billion yuan, habitat function is0.229billion yuan,accounting for31.55%of the total value in total; in the social service function, the function ofeducation, scientific and research is0.322billion yuan, tourism and leisure function is0.588billion yuan, accounting for49.84%of the total value. In conclusion, the estimate of theecological value is12.087billion yuan. Calculate the average ecological value of the study areafor nearly20years, using2012parameters for the12.505billion yuan, the value of theecological functions of the various trends similar to the year of2012.So the wetland area of theresearch is mainly about tourism and leisure function, wetland purification function and materialproduction function, and is assisted by other functions. At the same time, we test the conclusionby equivalence factor, calculate ecological value is12.453billion yuan; the number is same asthe value of last one which is12.087billion yuan and12.505billion yuan, that is to say, the wayis feasible.The main body of wetland ecological compensation is the government, internationalconservation organizations, tourists who visit the protection area, tourism industry of DongyingCity and relevant departments, organizations and individuals of beach development. What ismore, the objects are residents within or surrounding the protection zone and managers of theprotection zone. The standard of ecological compensation is that the upper limit is3800yuan,and the lower limit is2500yuan.The essay also discusses the study area of ecologicalcompensation method. Last but not least, it puts forward advice that how to improve the wetlandecological compensation mechanism, hoping to provide references for the wetland protectionecological research.The fourth part is the brief summary.
