Recently,Table-fixed Flat Screen Printing Machines have been widely used for high printing accuracy,low cost and small batch production.Currently the Register course is still accomplished by human beings,resulting in low register accuracy,production efficiency.For this problem,this thesis design a DSP-based Table-fixed Flat Screen Printing Machines control system to realize the automated production,improve the register accuracy and printing quality as well as production efficiency,where DSP serves as controller for its excellent control capacity.In chapter 1,development status and tendency of Table-fixed Flat Screen Printing Machine are briefly introduced. The research scheme and contents are proposed according to existing problems during the working process of the printer.In chapter 2,main working condition and function of corresponding motors are presented. Theory of variable frequency control based on DSP and the specific implementation process based on step curve are also introduced.And Solution is proposed according to the existing problems.In chapter 3,the hardware circuit design of DSP-based slave computer control system is introduced according to modular design concept.According to the specific problems,several solutions are proposed.In chapter 4,the slave computer control system software design is illustrated. The software implementation is divided into several modular parts according to specific functions,and the software programming is designed.In chapter 5,multiple speed control laws of electrical motor in Matlab are analyzed and simulated.Through comparative analysis,the necessity and feasibility of the optimized solution is verified.In chapter 6,the process of on-line test of the whole system is presented.The practical speed curve and positional accuracy of motor is measured.The results indicated that the system accomplished the expected goal.In chapter 7,all of the paper is summarized.The shortage of the system is pointed out,and some improvement approach proposed.
