In this paper, based on the research and analysis of the present situation and development trend of high speed and high precision CNC(Computerized Numerical Control) at home and abroad, the driving characteristics of the high precision orientation in feed system of ball screw in high speed has been analysed according to the functional requirement of high speed and high precision CNC, and key technology of dynamic characteristics of feed drive system and the integral NC(Numerical Control)lathe has been studied.Influencing factors of location precision in high speed machining have been analysed in theory, and dynamic model of ball screw driving has been established. Mechanical system and servocontrol system are modeled. A mechanical model of a ball screw in feed drive system including the motor, ball screw, coupling, supporting bearing, linear guide and machine structure has been simulated and analysed.Ball screw drive test-bed in high speed machining is designed and established based on the above theory and simulation, then the experiment has been analysed.In this paper, a valid method of enhancing the orientation precision in high speed has been put forward in terms of mechanical and control by analyzing and testing the fators of affecting high speed and high precision machining. The research has some academic and applied value for enhancing the technology level of high speed and high precision machining, raising productivity and competition, which offers a basic for solving technology problem in high speed and high precision orientation. |
