The Research On Design Mode Of O2O Custom Furniture

In order to meet consumer’s personalized demand, custom furniture enterprise has obtained the fast development.O2O (Online to Offline) model is more convenient for consumers to buy products online e-commerce platform implement interaction between designers of custom furniture enterprise and consumers, design rapidly on designer’s custom program and carry on the design management of custom furniture enterprise. But the current custom furniture enterprises do not have the construction of custom furniture design patterns for O2O mode, resulting in the original database can not meet the needs of the consumers, which is urgent to solve the problem.This research mainly divided into several stages:using the method of literature review to summary and analyze the development status and trends of China’s custom furniture enterprise of the O2O mode; investigating and studying online and offline consumers’ experience and O2O mode present situation of five custom furniture enterprise through the investigation method, analyze problems and defects of O2O custom furniture design; exploring a suitable design mode for O2O custom furniture.We can draw the following conclusions though this study:(1) This paper originally constructs the O2O custom furniture design mode, in online and offline consumer demand as the basis for custom furniture design and development, and the development of the module database used in the production of customized solutions.(2) The O2O model of custom furniture design divides into two stages:the stage of product design and development of custom furniture and custom furniture design stage. Implementing the new product development through the leading consumer demand and the establishment of module product database, and database divides into designer database platform and consumer platform database.(3) The small and scattered module are divided into modules of the form through the module division database designer platform, so as to achieve rapid design custom designer needs. The content and presentation of e-commerce platform product are planned through the establishment of consumer database platform, and set the experience of client DIY virtual design and optimize consumer online experience.(4) To manage more conveniently, the designer and consumer database platform have been combined though the same form of information number; optimizing consumer experience online and offline experience process, the collection and analysis of information to consumer demand; at the same time, research and development to grasp of the market and new products, and always will be the new data fast and accurate is stored in the database and the formation of benign cycle model.
