Research On Finishing Process Of Composite Coating Used For Outdoor Bamboo Furniture Composed Of Nano Bamboo Charcoal And Waterborne Polyurethane

The paper had glued laminated bamboo as the base material and single factor test, orthogonal experiment and evaluate synthetically method as the design of experiment to conduct a relatively systematic research on finishing process and paintcoat quality of a new composite coating composed of nano bamboo charcoal and waterborne polyurethane in order to get the optimal finishing process parameters, and to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the industrial application of the composite coating. Meanwhile, the paper provided a certain theoretical significance and reference value for promoting the research on the finishing process of waterborne coatings in domestic furniture industry.The main research content and conclusion are as follows: ①The surface roughness’ effect on paintcoat quality of composite coating. The single factor experiment design and comprehensive quality evaluation index obtained:The surface roughness had a noticeable impact upon paintcoat adhesion, abrasion resistance and glossiness. ② The coating weight’ effect on paintcoat quality of composite coating. The single factor experiment design and comprehensive quality evaluation index obtained:The coating weight had a noticeable impact upon paintcoat adhesion, hardness, wear resistance, glossiness, mold prevention and anti-bacteria effects. ③ The natural drying time’ effect on paintcoat quality of composite coating. The single factor experiment design and comprehensive quality evaluation index obtained:The natural drying time had a noticeable impact upon paintcoat adhesion, hardness and abrasion resistance. ④Optimization of the finishing process matching composite coating. The optimal supporting finishing process parameters obtained by orthogonal design and comprehensive analysis were that the base material surface was polished with model 180# emery paper, the coating weight was 300g/m2and the indoor natural drying time was 9 days on the condition that the temperature was about 20℃ and the humidity was about 65%.
