| Graphite was one of the crystallization mineral of carbon elements, and also our country’s superior mineral resources. It completed many kinds and widely distributed, moreover it’s played an irreplaceable role in many fields, Part of +0.147 mm which contained in flake graphite ore have good value, after sorted and qualified which can be used as raw material for many products of deep processing. Typical regional metamorphic graphite deposit in Heilongjiang Jixi area of our country which had always been known to contain large flake graphite, and made great contributions to the rapid development of our country’s graphite industry.In this experiment, selected Jixi large flake graphite ore as sample, which was carried out process mineralogy research, the test results showed that the content of fixed carbon of raw ore was 6.82%, part of +0.147 mm accounted for more than 31.04%. The ore mainly contain graphitea,quartz and other non-metallic mineral, the majority of graphite disseminated in fine particle and aggregate form, a small amount of them distribution in the fine fraction, which usually difficult to recovery. Also containing limonite,rutile and other metal minerals, in addition to a certain proportion of slimed gangue mineral was contained.Laboratory small-scale experimental study included exploratory experimental study, roughing condition experimental study, stage grinding and stage flotation mesh separation beforehand experimental study, open and closed circuit experimental study. Finally determined to adopt the technological process which contained one stage ball coarse grinding-roughing, rough concentrate after one blank cleaning, then through two stage regrinding and four times selection, with sieve screening to obtain large flake products of +0.147 mm, minus sieve through two stage regrinding and five times cleaning until obtain high carbon products, adopt the reasonable closed circuit test and through product analysis and check, obtained good beneficiate index that the large flake product grade of 95.16%, recovery rate of 17.17%, fine flake product grade of 96.29%, recovery rate of 73.50%, total concentrate recovery rate reached 90.67%, large flake of concentrate share is 19.12%, effective protection rate was about 62%. |
