Self-assembly Chemistry And Properties Based On Symmetric And Asymmetric Ligands Containing Oxadiazole-thioether And Triazole-thioether

Recently, remarkable progress has been made in the area of molecular inorganic-organichybrid compounds. The synthesis and characterization of infinite one-, two-, andthree-dimensional networks have been an area of rapid growth. In the thesis, a series of novelsymmetric and asymmetric organic ligands containing Oxadiazole-thioether andTriazole-thioether have been synthesized. The coordination chemistry based on these newligands and metal ions was investigated, and the new coordination interaction drivingcompounds were fully characterized by IR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-raydiffraction.1. The coordination chemistry based on asymmetric1,3,4-Oxadiazole-2-thioether organicligands and inorganic Ag(I)、Cu(II)、Zn(II)、Cd(II) salts has been investigated. Nine newcoordination compounds were synthesized based on them. Their single crystal structureswere characterized and investigated.2. The coordination chemistry based on asymmetric1,2,4-Triazole-2-thioether organic ligandsand inorganic Co(II)、Ni(II) salts has been investigated. Four new coordination compoundswere synthesized based on them. Their single crystal structures were characterized andinvestigated.3. The coordination chemistry based on symmetric1,3,4-Oxadiazole-2-thioether1,2,4-Triazole-2-thioether organic ligands and inorganic Cu(II) salts has been investigated. Threenew coordination compounds were synthesized based on them. Their single crystalstructures were characterized and investigated.4. The investigation on the luminescent-changing property of the coordinationpolymergeneratedfrom benzimidazole organic ligands and Zn(NO3)2was made.The results reported herein demonstrate that these organic ligands containing pyridyl,1,3,4-Oxadiazole-2-thioether and1,2,4-Triazole-2-thioether are in fact a new and efficientapproach for synthesis of novel supramolecules systems with interesting chemical and physicalproperties. It provides a promising and convenient approach to access to the multifunctionalmaterials for special functions.
