Pollution prevention, environmental protection is a basic national policy, but also an important responsibility of local governments.With the acceleration of rapid social and economic development, urbanization progress, industrial waste, and urban sewage scale are growing increasingly and the water pollution problem is also become serious, a large number of industrial waste, untreated urban sewage directly into the environment, pollute a lot of water, exacerbating the shortage of China’s water resources.Serious lag of wastewater treatment has become an important factor for China’s water pollution.The fact directly threat to the safety of our drinking water and have bad effect on the safety of drinking water and the health of residents, while a serious impact on industry and agriculture production.If china does not pay attention to the construction of the wastewater treatment system, it will has bad effect on people’s health and housing, socio-economic and ecological environment.In recent years,china pay more attention to water pollution situation and targeted for a national pollution census,we increase the investment in the construction of water pollution control facilities the construction of a number of exemplary city(including industrial parks) sewage treatment plant, wastewater, sewage treatment situation has been better.There is a municipal wastewater treatment plant that adopt a way that divide Industrial wastewater and sewage first and then merge them together to treat.The Industrial wastewater and sewage are mixed after pretreatment and they will be treated by MBR biological contact oxidation pond together.After treatment it can Meet the first grade standard B-standard in "Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant"(GB 18918-2002).The wastewater treatment process is relatively simple,and the process cost is low, the project provides a reference and basis examples for the wastewater treatment.After the engineering design, operational testing, the results of analysis,we can get the following conclusion:(1) The main pollutants in the wastewater is COD and TN, TP, etc,the process uses MBR biochemical process has good treatment effect;(2) After more than two months of testing, wastewater treatment works into a stable stage, the concentration of effluent CODCr, TN were 39.3 mg / L, 7.06 mg / L, the removal rate can reach 90.5%, 55% 。...
