Coal is the one of main energy in our country, to enhance the capacity of coal mining, research and development of efficient and safe coal mining equipment has been the target of coal mining machinery manufacturers.According to different traction, coal winning machine can be divided into three types: mechanical winning machine, electric traction winning machine and hydraulic traction winning machine. Compared with mechanical winning machine and electrical traction one, the hydraulic winning machine has some special advantages, for example:hydraulic components flexible arrangement, wide speed range, enable to achieve overload protection and high cost performance. It widely used in the small and medium-sized coal mines, and many coal mining machinery manufacturers focus on it.In China, coal reserves are abundant, complex terrain and different mining area coal mines. Based on it, the MG150/375 - W hydraulic traction winning machine produced by Taiyuan Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd & Research Institute using the horizontal layout of multi motor structure, this structure will avoid the lack of the mechanical transmission efficiency which produced by reversing of bevel gear. Themaximum power of cutting machine can achieve 200kW, and it also enable to achieve a phenomenon that one shearer more types(the shearer of 200kW,375kW, and 575kW), so it can finish the work of coal mining in different hardness and thickness of the coal mining area. And to reform the rocker shape, has realized the rocker arm around the characteristic of interchangeability, greatly enhanced the efficiency of coal winning machine and reduce the difficulty of maintenance, parts replacement of rocker arm. For the improvement of the higher part of the hydraulic traction system, also makes the coal mining machine in working process tend to automation production mode, effectively improve the production efficiency of coal winning machine, reducing the human labor.The main research contents in this paper including:(1) Calculation and analysis the parameter(productivity, cutting depth, diameter of the shearer drum, height, the scope of height adjustment, adjustable range, the undercover, pulling speed, traction, cutting speed and installed power) of the winning machine.Design and production the main part of the MG150/375 - W hydraulic traction winning machine including the pair of rocker arm, the traction gearbox, hydraulic transmission box, electric control box, the hydraulic cylinder of height adjustment, the cutting drums and various auxiliary equipment. In the design process, and the way of design should ensure that all parts can finish the work safety and have economy and interchangeability.Design and production the shape of the shearer drum. The production mission including determine the process of casting and heat treatment, then estimated and solve the problems which may or have happened.Design the part of traction drive. Then estimated and solve the problems which may or have happened in this part.Select and design the components for the part of hydraulic traction, and improve the part that accidents often happen in the past. Guideline for routine maintenance, and estimated and solve the problems which may or have happened in this part during the factory test.Determine the shearer drum and other auxiliary components, and develop a plan of transport and maintenance.To sum up, the hydraulic traction shearer has certain commonality, and it can promote into other type of winning machine.
