With the continuous development and improvement of coal mining technology,short-wall comprehensive mechanized mining technology has become an indispensable method to improve the comprehensive benefits of mines in irregular coal mining,corner coal mining and roadway preparation.The application of mechanized and automated short-wall mining technology can reasonably exploit coal resources in special areas,so as to achieve efficient production and improve resource recovery.In order to further broaden the application scope of short-wall mining in China,it is necessary to develop a shearer which can be used for mining irregular coalfields,corner pillars and three lower pillars in the 6-30 m range.This paper refers to the process of traditional design of coal-winning machine machinery and equipment,through the determination of indicators,on-site investigation,the determination of overall ideas and overall scheme,sub-system,overall design and production experiment verification,a total of five steps are implemented in stages.The main work is as follows:1.The research background,development and classification of coal-winning machine are introduced.The design scheme of chain-less haulage shearer is determined by referring to the design ideas of existing large shearers and on-the-spot investigation and research through the determined task index of 150,000 tons/year production capacity.2.The coal-winning machine system assembly consisting of mechanical system,conveying system,traction system and control system and four subsystems has been completed.Through mechanical design,experience design,hydraulic and electronic control design,and three-dimensional simulation and finite element analysis of the main parts of the mechanical system,to ensure that the product design meets the production tasks and production environment conditions.3.Through the design and demonstration of the four subsystems,the prototype is manufactured and debugged.After on-site acceptance by the user,it is confirmed that the original task target has been reached.This subject has been patented for utility model inventions.The equipment realizes the mechanized mining of ultra-short face,and no longer uses the downhole blasting technology.Reducing labor intensity and greatly improving safetycan make the upper and lower coal seams smooth and reduce the possibility of working face collapse;the shearer body is relatively short,and can climb both ends of the head and tail of the shearer,and cut through both ends of the coal wall,so as to realize the direct feeding of knives in the roadway without the machine socket.The machine has the advantages of simple operation,stable and reliable operation,low accident rate,adaptability to working conditions,production efficiency more than three times higher than that of gun mining technology,annual production capacity of cutting machine is 150,000tons/year,which provides a new idea for mechanized mining of steeply inclined coal seam,and has good popularization and application value.
