Sulphur dioxide is a kind of serious polluting gases, It caused great damage to human and environment for a lot of emissions. Although it detemine to control of high concentration of sulfur dioxide, a noticeable issues of a low concentration of sulfur dioxiede.It difficult and high cost to disposal of a low concentration of sulfur dioxide.It is a method of effective using activity (coke) carbon adsorption combine with mircowave.So, it is very important to research the method removeling of low concentration sulfur dioxide.In this paper, Sulfur dioxide of the analog flue gas and the actual flue gas are adsorbed by different activity (coke), and desorption of sulfur dioxide used mircowave in different temperature, space velocity, sulfur dioxide concentration of initial and different microwave power. Adsorption and desorption performance in several kinds of active (coke) are compared, and investigates the situation of desorption and carbon loss, used SEM and Fourier infrared was analyzed, conclusions in follow:(1) It study on the removal of low concentration sulfur dioxide by activity (coke) carbon adsorption combine with mircowave for simulated and actual flue gas.It conclusion of activited coke is better than Tangshan activited carbon and similar to coconut shell activited carbon for performance of adsorbtion.But Losses seriously in process of desorption used mircowave. Pore structure becomes closely, and functional group composition is relatively stable used mircowave.(2) The can achieve the highest temperature of activity coke lower than coconut shell activity carbon and tangshan activity carbon.High concentration of sulfur dioxide for desorption quantity of coconut shell activity carbon and Tangshan activity carbon.Higher than activity coke.but 3% concentration of desorption area in activity coke biger than others activity carbon.After many adsorption and desorption activity (coke) carbon loss is reduced, before it is stable about 5 times.Carbon dioxide and a small amount of carbon monoxide is generated. With different microwave power desorption, The higher the power, the greater the activated carbon loss and desorption peak time needed for short.(3) In accordance with the model of Langmuir for removling of Low concentration of sulfur dioxide, and it is suitable for the actual flue gas,It conclued that the temperature rise up,which is beneficial to adsorption low concentration of sulfur dioxide for activited coke,It calculate to rate constant of desorption Under the power of mircowave 140w,280w,420w,560w,700w, The result are k, n, Ea and A。(4) It is verified in actual flue gas. Adsorption law similar to simulated flue gas and actual flue gas. It advantage to get a high and mid concentration of SO2 in the acid. in simulated flue gas. carbon loss rate in actual flue gas is bigger than in simulated flue gas.It are analysed for the mechanism of activated coke adsorption and using mircowave.
