PI/graphene not only has far superior transmittance and conductivity to ITO, But also can be bent. Because of graphene with structure of a single layer or several layers carbon atoms, graphene films are typically detach, while having a high sheet resistance. The experiment was prepared PI/graphene-based composite transparent conductive film, want to ensure that the composite film good optical performance, while protecting the graphene film.Experiments using RF, DC and pulsed DC sputtering Mo powder target, change the target substrate distance(distance of target to matrix), the measurement matrix drift voltage and saturation current, to investigate the influence of the sputtering drive mode and target substrate distance to plasma behavior. Based on the experimental results and selected target substrate distance 130 mm, Zn O thin films were prepared by RF and pulsed DC power(75% duty cycle selection, frequency of 100KHZ). Preparation of Ag thin films using pulsed power(80% duty cycle is selected, the frequency is 100KHZ).Ag target DC power supply. And through the profilometer, XRD- diffraction, atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, Holzer effect instrument and UV visible spectrophotometer were used to characterize the film sample preparation.Useing RF and pulsed DC to prepared PI/graphene/Zn O composite films, Zn O films with columnar crystals grown on grapheme and preferred orientation of grains for(002). And with the increase in power, the film thickness increases, the particle tends to smooth on the surface,the composite film in the visible light transmissive area rate reached 72% or more. Composite films prepared by pulsed power supply close graphene sheet resistance, but due to the film thickness increase in the resistivity of the film thickness was significantly increased. Therefore, the need to improve the electrical properties of the film through other means.Metal sandwich can improve the electrical properties of the composite films TCO. Experiments using pulsed power to prepared PI/graphene/Ag composite films, and discuss optical and electrical properties of the PI/graphene/Ag composite films with different Ag layer film thickness. Optical properties of the optimal sample sheet resistance of 5.36Ω/sq and average transmittance in the visible region of 64%. To further enhance transparency, and to protect the surface of the Ag film, 120 nm thick Zn O films are deposited on the optimal PI/graphene/Ag, prepared by PI/graphene/Ag /Zn O composite films. Sample were prepared for the sheet resistance 989Ω/sq, the visible light transmittance was 62% on average.Successful use of blade coating prepared Cu In Al Se2 absorbing film of solar cells, to provide a new preparation.of Cu In Al Se2 absorbing film of solar cells. With heat treatment process by custom greatly reduces the residual of organic in film.
