Preparation of microcapsule by chemical methods with clear mechanism, influencing factors, characteristics of controllability was widely used in the various kinds of purposes. In this paper, water-soluble and oil-soluble subtle capsules were prepared with terephthaloyl chloride and ethylene diamine by interfacial polymerization, effectively control or prevent the volatilization of essence.Process the preparation of microcapsule by interfacial polymerization were divided into emulsifying process and polymerization process. This thesis chose the choice and dosage of emulsifier, pH, stirring speed and emulsifying time on the influence of emulsion, and core wall ratio, monomer ratio, monomer concentration on the influence of microcapsule as the main factors to study.In the process of water-soluble sweet subtle capsule preparing, core material substance was pear flavor。To prepare the stable emulsion, span 85 was chose as the emulsifier, which the dosage was 2%, pH value was adjusted to 9, and stirred 25 min at the speed of 2000 r/min.When the core wall ratio and monomer ratio were 1:1 and 1:1.5, the effect of microcapsule was well, and the average particle size of the microcapsule was slightly larger than 2 microns. Preparation of microcapsule with well stability was successful on the basis of the SEM, fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry and thermogravimetric analysis, and it can be stable under 60℃.In the process of preparation of oil-soluble sweet subtle capsule, when polysorbate 80 was 1.5%, ratio of two phase was 80:20, stable O/W emulsion was emulsified 30 min at the speed of 4000 r/min, the average particle size range was between 30 and 40 microns; when controlled core wall ratio of 1:2, ethylenediamine and erephthaloyl chloride ratio of 2:1 in polymerization reaction, there was formed microcapsules coated jasmine essence, which can be stable under 75℃. The average particle size of the microcapsule was about 40 micronsThe paper with the quantitative of 80 g/m2 was made by the plup and microcapsules. the effects of the paper performance was discussed, to determine the dosage of microcapsule and prepare fragrant paper with high performance.
