Feet are seen as the " second heart" in the traditional Chinese medical science. On foot health,the socks?bottom structure?insole and material is the most important. Textiles are commonly used in shoe material, also the most close to the foot skin. Therefore, the antibacterial deodorant finishing of textile material has been paid more and more attention. In addition to the foot health benefits, it also increase the product's technical content, with a broad market prospects.This study will choose aromatic agent and silicone antibacterial agent to finish on cotton fabric.In this way, it can not only inhibit bacteria and fungi with feet, but also cover the foot odor and improve the smell of a shoe cavity, Specific related studies are as follows:Chose three kinds of aromatic essential oils:lemon essential oil, mint essential oil, orange essential oil and put them on the 50 pairs of shoes to try on for one week. By subjective test, The questionnaire survey on the ability of different essential oils covering odor will be get, Finally the lemon odor masking effect was better.This study will do the beta cyclodextrin as wall material, lemon essential oil as core material. Firstly, had the single factor experiment and make micro encapsulation buried rate and packet buried rate as the index, preliminary got optimizing index of micro capsule. Then through orthogonal test, put the buried rate and the distribution of microcapsule as the index, obtained the suiteable preparation of lemon essential oil beta cyclodextrin microcapsule. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of lemon essential oil microcapsules was 1:10, the volume ratio of ethanol and essential oil was 10:1, the temperature was 40, the time was 3h, the stirring rate was 900r/min. The encapsulation efficiency of microcapsules was 66% and the yield was 60%.Determined the minimum inhibitory concentration values of organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt of fungi (Trichophyton rubrum) with broth dilution method, by calculating, the MIC concentration was 0.1g/ml.The finishing concentration of antifungal agent was 5g/ml. The finishing of antifungal agent was:rolling process was 70%, baking temperature was 110?, The time was 3min. Then put the aromatic microcapsule on the antibacterial cotton fabric by two dip two rolling way of finishing. Acquire the optimal finishing process of aroma microcapsule by the single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The optimum arrangement was:cyclodextrin lemon essential oil aroma microcapsule dosage of 50g/L, dosage of cross-linking agent citric acid 100g/L, baking temperature was 100?, the curing time was 3min.Finished the antibacterial agent and aromatic capsule on common cotton fabric, detected water vapor permeability, Perspiration resistance, water resistance, antimicrobial properties of aromatic antibacterial shoe materials. Experimental results showed that the bacteriostasis rate to Trichophyton rubrum, Staphylococcus aureus, antibacterial E. coli rates were 87.36%,96.09%,96.76%. aromatic antibacterial cotton fabric material permeability was 13846ml/(cm2.h), water vapor permeability was 615.5272g/(m2.day). After 50 times washing, the bacteriostasis rate to Trichophyton rubrum, Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli rates were 82.01%?89.32% and 87.08%, meanwhile, the weight gain rate was 6.2%. After 24h (pH7.5), alkaline acid (pH4.2) artificial sweat soaked, bacteriostasis rate to Trichophyton rubrum were 83.79% and 85.76%, the Escherichia coli were 98.82% and 93.45%, the Staphylococcus aureus were 89.75% and 93.02%.The final product will be tried one month through 50 people. Make a subjective assessment on the odor of lasting performanc about shoes. Through the subjective evaluation, it was showed that aromatic antibacterial shoe make a certain role on covering foot odor, The result showed that 94% of people think the aromatic antibacterial shoe can cover foot odor.
