ITO is the most widely used material as the anode of organic optoelectronic devices. However, with the increasing demand of ITO for solar cells and display devices, the limited storage of the non-renewable indium of ITO makes much higher cost. Moreover, ITO is so fragile, that limits the development of organic optoelectronic devices. In order to seek for the alternatives, one-dimensional nano-structure,such as silver nanowires(AgNWS) and carbon nanotubes(CNTs), become the hotspot. To solve the problem, we successfully prepared a new transparent conductive anode based on silver nanowires with high length-diameter(L/D) ratio, which substituted ITO.1. Research of the factors which influence the growth of AgNW.AgNW were successfully synthesized by solvothermal method, and characterized. In the reaction, AgNO3 is reduced by ethylene glycol(EG), which also act as the dissolvent. PVP is the surfactant, while chlorine salt is the seed. The AgNWs was 30nm~100nm in diameter, and 15μm~25μm in length. For searching the influence of the molar ratio of PVP and AgNO3, we changed the molar ratio. The resalts indicate 3:1 is the best molar ratio for the growth of AgNWs. To find the influence of metal salt seed, we used NaCl or FeCl3 as the seed, and then changed their concentration respectively. The resalts indicate that AgNWs get the highest prodection when NaCl is 30μM in concentration.2. Research of the fabrication of transparent electrode based on AgNWs.The prepared AgNWs were fabricated into transparent electrons by spin-coating after further purification. To find the influence of the angular speed in spin coating, we changed the rotate speed. It is demonstrated that the faster the revolving speed is, the higher sheet resistance and transparency is, as well as the spin-coating frequency. When spin-coated twice under 3000 rpm, the transparent electron matched the ITO, with 10.42?/□ in sheet resistance, and 85.1% transparency. The research of this paper indicates that silver nanowires can be systhesized by solvothermal method, with 30nm~100nm in diameter, and 15μm~25μm in length, and spincoated on the substrate. The transparent electrode’s sheet resistance is 10.42?/□, with 85.1% transparency.
