Transparent conductive films are widely used in all kinds of optoelectronic materials due to their high conductivity and high optical transmittance.With the increasing demand,people tend to choose light,portable,cheap and flexible electronic products.It is an inevitable trend that flexible transparent conductive films replace the existing hard base indium tin oxide?ITO?conductive film.Because of its excellent conductivity,thermal conductivity,flexibility and high transparency,nanomaterial nanowires have become an excellent choice for making flexible transparent conductive films.Today,most of the market appears to be 50-100nm with a diameter of about 500,and the product contains more particles.This kind of silver line can also have a greater breakthrough,so I hope to produce a larger diameter ratio and a more pure nano silver wire to make transparent conductive film according to the previous research experience.In this paper,the silver nanowires are synthesized by solvothermal method and3,5-Br2-PADAP spectrophotometric method are used to measure the silver content of the product to calibrate the concentration of silver nanowire dispersions.Finally,a transparent thin film with a thickness of 40?m,87.32%and a square resistance of 40-50 Omega is prepared by Meyer rod coating on transparent film.By analyzing the combination of PVP,the growth temperature of different crystal species,the mass ratio of different PVP and AgNO3,the combination of different solvents and the combination of different kinds of inducers,the morphology of the silver nanowires of the product was analyzed.The product was analyzed by EDS,the morphology of the product was analyzed by scanning electron microscope?SEM?and the purity of the product was analyzed by ultraviolet spectrophotometer?UV-vis?and X ray diffractometer?XRD?.The following main conclusions were obtained:?1?The combination of high molecular weight PVP?Mw=360,000?and low molecular weight PVP?Mw=58,000?in a certain proportion can significantly increase the length to diameter ratio of the silver nanowires,and high molecular weight PVP?Mw=360,000?can improve the length of the silver nanowire,and the low molecular weight PVP?Mw=58000?can control the diameter of the product.In order to increase the ratio of the length to diameter of the product.When PVP?Mw=360,000?/PVP?Mw=58,000?=2,the ratio of product length to diameter is the largest.?2?When the reaction system temperature is below 120?,the reaction system can not provide enough energy for seed growth,and the product is granular.However,when the temperature of the system is too high,the reaction speed is too high,and the crystal can not provide a stable environment for the growth of nanowires,resulting in less silver line and more particles.When the temperature is 140?,the product are uniform silver nanowires and a small amount of particles.?3?The mass ratio of PVP and AgNO3 will significantly affect the production of products,and the mass ratio is too high.PVP will overlay ArgentCrystal too much,inhibit the growth of nano silver line,and the final product is nanoparticles?NPs?.The mass ratio is too low,PVP is not enough to cover the{100}surface of the ArgentCrystal species,resulting in the coarse and uneven nano silver line of the product,when the mass ratio is 1.The product are homogeneous nanowires.?4?Reducing agent with a certain proportion of glycol and glycerol can significantly reduce the diameter of silver wire,but it has little effect on the length of silver wire.When the volume ratio of ethylene glycol and glycerol is 1,the diameter of the product is the smallest,and the ratio of length to diameter is the largest at this time.?5?The selection of the seed inducer will directly affect the morphology of the product.The silver line can be elongated with NaCl,but the silver line is not very uniform;the silver line obtained by NaBr is more uniform,but the length becomes shorter;the silver line obtained by FeCl3 is shorter and is accompanied by more particles.In this experiment,NaCl and NaBr were added to the experiment with 1:1 to get longer and uniform silver nanowires.
