Since the recent, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, increasing the demand for coal, the mine lifting capacity is also put forward higher requirements, the automatic control mode has not adapted to the current promotion task of mine hoist is traditional, but this problem has become more prominent, caused the attention of mine managers the. How to improve the current elevator automatic control system to adapt to the rapid development of mine has become ascending priority among priorities in the work. Therefore, the modernization of the mine must develop a more practical, the ability to adapt to higher lifting machine automatic control system, in order to realize digital management of mine all the parameters in the process of ascension, efficient utilization of various resources, the mine hoisting process more accurately, so the process of ascension greatly upgrading efficiency, reasonable arrangement of the work flow, the establishment of the basic information for equipment maintenance, further improve the management level of mine, provide safe and reliable guarantee for mine hoist, ensure intrinsic safety in mine hoist.After a lot of experiments, this thesis describes the design and implementation of the automatic control system of mine hoist, shaping a relatively good Hoist process measurement, Hoist process monitoring, Analysis of hoist process, Hoist the database ascension process, enhance process monitoring, measurement of the process of ascension statistics, to enhance the research object process analysis etc. Collection of various operation parameters, to exist in the mine hoist on the accuracy, stability and sensitivity of the subsystems of information generated by machine operation process to be integrated, hoist database put these amounts of operation parameters stored therein, and for this some operation parameters in the database to be analyzed. The automatic control system can carry out the measurement comparison and professional operation parameters of hoist in the database for mine hoist, hoist management personnel to provide the hoist running record, fault type and occurring time of the relevant records, and provide various relatively clear hoist parts of the visualization model and improving the dynamic curve of machine operation, every moment let hoist lifting operation management personnel to control state machine.
