With the continuous development of modern industry,equipment processing and manufacturing technology is becoming more and more refined,and the corresponding safety monitoring of equipment has been paid more and more attention.As an important part of coal mine production,mine safety monitoring is very important,and the more and more mature monitoring will undoubtedly provide technical support for the data monitoring.This paper analysed elevator basic structure,operation characteristics and common fault types,the monitoring principle of several kinds of important parameters were studied in detail and compared their differences,in order to select the suitable method for measuring and calculating.In order to establish a complete measurement system,we should start with three aspects: hardware,software and algorithm.The hardware was the support,software was the core,and the algorithm was a good bridge between these two.First of all,hardwares mainly include sensor selection,driver board and ATK-SIM900 A module integration,and USR-LTE-7S4 type 4G wireless terminal matching.The characteristics of the hoist should be fully considered in the selection.In addition,the influence of environmental factors on sensors should be considered.For the USR-LTE-7S4 type 4G module,the emphasis is placed on the integration design with its ATK-SIM900 A module.The main design contents are main controller and pin distribution,STM32 and ATK-SIM900 A module communication circuit design,SDIO interface circuit design,and the 4G module protocol configuration.Secondly,the design of the software included signal acquisition module,data storage module,historical data query module and alarm module.Application of LabVIEW graphical programming language,data monitoring and processing became intuitive and clear,human-computer interaction was also very good.It could make the operation of hoist more safe and reliable that the application of virtual instrument technology to the monitoring of hoist and the real-time transmission of network data.The system could not only realize the on-line monitoring of the important parameters,but also store the data for a period of time so that the technicians could carry out the research.And in the case of the right data,it could be pre-estimated parameters of the general concentration section,even to make adjustments in advance.The last part was the research of the algorithm,which mainly included the research on the correlation of braking system and analysis of factor normalization.This paper broke through the traditional fault independent assumption,which put the lubrication system of hoist braking system and hydraulic system as the research object,using correlation coefficient to quantify the influence between them,and established the reliability model of braking system.The correctness of the model was verified by a large amount of data,and the reliability function and failure rate function could be used as a reference for maintenance;the research attempted to apply factor normalization for data processing in order to achieve the pre target specific.The advantage of this algorithm was that it could be used to analyze the effect of different dimension and different number of data on the same system.It could be obtained the value factor and the warning factor in the different case of function.The corresponding monitoring parameters would be in high concentration or low concentration in the early stage of the overrun.This monitoring system only improves some of the projects.The transmission rate and stability of 4G transmission module have been improved a lot.Its real time performance are better reflected.Corresponding signal analysis and processing have also been improved accordingly.The monitoring system canbasically achieve real-time monitoring and feedback,so as to achieve the purpose of early warning.
