This article based on the structure and form, designed and synthesized different forms of multiple responsive materials. Then studied their stimulus response and form change process, and tried to explore the drug loading and release. The main work as follows:(1) A new POSS hybrid multi-responsive polymer based on the photo-responsive spiropyran monomer (SPMA) and 2-(Dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) was synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP). The structure of the polymer was characterized by NMR, GPC, FT-IR. The self-assembly of the polymer was studied by UV-visible spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, TEM and DLS. In aqueous solution, the morphology of micelles can be reversibly changed by light. When the pH value of the solution changed alternately, the polymer micelles also responded reversibly. This kind of polymer have potential application prospect in controlled release, transfer and separation, nano sensors, nano storage areas.(2) A new hydrogel based on the SPMA and acrylic acid(AA), used POSS as crosslinking agent was synthesized by free radical polymerization method. We studied the kind and the content of crosslinking agent, the content of intiator and the ratio between monomer. The structure, thermal properties and mechanical properties of the hydrogel were studied by the ATR, TGA, plate rhenmeter, SEM. The loading and release properties of the hydrogels were tested by fluorescence spectrum used coumarin 102 as aids drug. Compared with traditional hydrogel, PAA-POSS-PSPMA hydrogel can improve the mechanical properties and thermal stability. The PAA-POSS-PSPMA hydrogel can response to the light and pH, they also had good loading and release performance. We can control the release process by changing external conditions to achieve controllable.
