Membrane technology as an emerging technology in Twenty-first Century, has been widely used in many fields, including in the field of water treatment application. Although membrane separation technology as a kind of rapid, efficient and practical techniques are applied in different conditions and different water quality requirements of water fouling in the process, because of its single function, vulnerable to fouling, thus restricting the wider application of membrane separation technology and further promotion. Therefore, further study of membrane fouling and developing a new type of membrane separation technology has become a research, development, application and promotion of membrane industry at the forefront of development direction.(1)By selecting three kinds of material of ultrafiltration membrane (PVDF, PES and PAN) on the surface of micro polluted water treatment to research the treatment effect and analysis membrane fouling. Three kinds of ultrafiltration membrane (PVDF, PES and PAN) had a bad effect to treate micro polluted surface water, when added the PAC, the PAC-UF process on the surface of micro polluted water had a good processing effect. The experimental results showed that the cake layer resistance and membrane resistance plays an important role in membrane fouling resistance; anti fouling performance of PVDF have better than PES and PAN.(2)By selecting three different aperture PVDF ultrafiltration membranes on the micro polluted surface water treatment to research the treatment effect and analysis membrane fouling. The surface micro polluted water contained kinds of particle size, 50nm is a critical point; the smaller aperture, the better the treatment effect, flux decline the more slowly.(3)Prepared by the assembly of TiO2 and SiO2 into PVDF membranes, thus changed membrane pore size and membrane hydrophobic dear of PVDF membranes. Using the synthesized MSM/MTM combined with UV irradiation to purify three kinds of organophosphorus pesticides (dichlorvos, acephate and chlorpyrifos), research the purification effect of three kinds of pesticides, membrane fouling behavior, analysis anti fouling performance of TiO2 and SiO2 mesoporous membranes, and study on the principle of catalytic oxidation and membrane filtration. The experimental results shown that, MTM filled with mesoporous TiO2 enhanced the catalytic oxidation performance of pesticide and filling of mesoporous materials had no effect on the separation performance of MTM filter. Synergistic effect of photochemical reaction catalyzed by TiO2 mineralized the organic pollutants, enhanced the removal efficiency of pollutants, reduced the trans-membrane pressure and slowed down the membrane fouling. These factors are advantageous for application of MTM in water treatment.
