With rapid development of computer technology and network technology, and unique importance, the industrial real-time production data monitoring system play an more and more important role in the field of industrial process enterprise production and management. Through building a modern monitoring system for real-time monitoring,the faults is detected and solved in time. It is very important for security and stability of production.For ChunLiang oil production plant, the development of a unified, complete,enterprise-class network management platform is urgent. The main purpose is to produce practical problems encountered in the process to provide solutions and decision support. Shengli oil production plant is based on the information management of the oil production, building information platform, through high-speed local area network to solve the existing "data islands". It could achieve effective integration of data and comprehensive monitoring of production equipment, through the data comparison improved early warning capacities, reduce the risk of major accidents.The main subject of this paper is to solve the intelligent monitoring business unit production data, use of information technology to the existing hardware and software environment as the basis for the construction of ChunLiang oil production plant production data intelligent monitoring system. In the system design process, the system in accordance with a client / server model for system architecture, using four principles for technical architecture. In the system development process, using Visual Studio 2005 system development tools for system implementation, and associated functional and performance testing. Throughout the design and development process in full compliance with software engineering, to achieve the desired results.
