In the background of the rapid development of computer and network information technology,the manufacturing industry in the direction of flexible manufacturing,digital production transformation attention continues to enhance.The operation status information and product processing data of numerical control equipment are the basis of workshop informationization.In actual production application,accurate and stable acquisition of machine tool operation status information and production data has become one of the hot spots and key issues in the study of intelligent workshop.As an aviation manufacturing unit,M enterprise shoulders the important mission of serving the country through aviation.Therefore,digital transformation,the establishment of flexible production and the enhancement of enterprise competitiveness are extremely urgent.As the core equipment in the production workshop,the operation status information acquisition of computer numerical control machine tool is an important key to the development of intelligent manufacturing in enterprises,as well as an effective way and method to realize the development of flexible,information,intelligent and green collaborative direction of the production workshop.This paper takes the FANUC computer numerical control machine tool in the production workshop of M enterprise as the research object,and designs the data acquisition system of computer numerical control machine tool,which lays the foundation for the workshop informatization and flexible production and manufacturing.In research on the basis of the data acquisition system and the domestic and foreign development present situation,the structure of the FANUC computer numerical control machine tool are analyzed,basic theory and key technology of this project was carried out indepth research,through on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the enterprise production workshop,has carried on the system requirements analysis,determine to a model for FANUC0 iMF numerical control system of computer numerical control machine tool as the research object,using FANUC FOCAS functions are provided by the company for secondary development to realize the data acquisition,information collected by computer numerical control machine tool,PMC,alarm and other important data,The communication mode of Ethernet function of FANUC numerical control system based on TCP/IP protocol is adopted to realize the information transmission between PC and computer numerical control machine tool.Using FOCAS library function call characteristics,using secondary development of highlevel programming language C#,the Visual Studio 2015 as the development software,the.net Framework 4.0 as the development platform,using SQL Server 2014 for data storage and management,the design has realized the data acquisition,data storage,and visual interface,at the same time,considering the security of the system,increases the user login,account management,historical information query module.The test platform was built in the production workshop of the enterprise,and the system was connected and tested for many times.The system was constantly improved and perfected,and finally achieved stable and reliable operation.The data acquisition system for computer numerical control machine tools in the production workshop of M enterprise was developed and realized.
