Blast-fiimace iron manufacturing is one of the most important links for iron and steel enterprise. It provides the raw materials for follow-up proceses,such as steehnaking,cast iron, etc. Whether blast funmace operation quality is well or not will bring direct impact on the final produce quality. Moreover,whether blast flumace equipments can keep healthy or not will directly affect the enterprises production cost and profits. Evaluating the health status of blast fiimace equipment can prevent the occurrence of "repair insufficient of the situation.On the other hand,it can also reduce the probability of " repair excesses situation,which not only reduces the negative effects caused by the repair,but also conducive improve the utiUzation ratio of equipment intact rate and profit. The monitoring of the blast fiimaces,important positions is able to show and analysis the blast fiimaces,current status in real time,in order to ensure its safety operation.Based on the analysis of blast furnace iron making process and production process,taking tiie blast furnace safety and economic point of view, an in-depth study of 3# blast furnace of health evaluation and condition monitoring has been done, the main work is as follows;Firstly, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the health state of blast fiamace. Influence factors from three aspects have been chosen, including real-time operating status, operating variables and historical status. According to the blast fomace ire making process and production process, 13 parameters have been selected as the factors for running state evalxiation of blast fimiace,such as indexes of air quantity, air pressure,air temperature,etc. Meanwhile,facto。including pressure,permeabUity,gas composition,fiimace temperature, failure frequency,utility time and the last time the evaluation results have been selected as the influencing factors for blast fiimace operation variables and the history of the state. Because of the facto。influencing the running state of blast fomace are too many,in order to improve the precision of the calculation efficiency, the number of influence facton was reduced the 7 based on dynamic reduction algorithm,with the weight of the various influencing factors also obtained.Secondly, this paper puts fbrward the evaluation method of fiizzy comprehensiveevacation of blast fiimace health According the influence degree of various evaluation factors on blast fiimace,the AHP is used demine the weight distribution of various factors. Then,on the basis of the method of determining the membership function in fiizzy make ematics, paper combes factors,characteriics,and sets up the membership functions of the lowest level factors in the evaluation model, and finally calculates the evaluation results of blast mace health.Finally, this paper introduces the important monitoring positions(blast furnace throat cron temperature, static pressure and fUmace hearth temperature), and establishes the rules and models of monitoring. Combined with the blast fiimace health evaluation method, this paper designs and implements the operation status monitoring and heahh evaluation system of blast fiimace,and also analyzes the interfaces and irelated iresults of the system.
