At present, our country's oil demand is huge, most oil fields is in the middle and later exploit periods, oil reserves is reduced, the water content increases, and maintenance costs still increase are directly affect the production benefit level of the oil companies. Thus establishes a comprehensive evaluation system of oil well production is of great significance to improve the efficiency and benefits.By Analyzing to the human health and ecosystem health concepts, the author puts forward the concept of oil well health evaluation. This paper uses the evaluation method of the system, chooses evaluation index from the produced, operating condition and efficiency which have direct or indirect impact on pump well's health, give evaluation to the pump.Firstly, this paper aimed at present most widely used sucker rod pump pumping system, analysis it's economic and optimal operation. Analysis of economic operation is to classify the pump well according to benefit with the use of break-even point method, establishing the economic limit model and analysis the uncertainty. Thus expounds the significance of reasonable dynamic liquid level and discuss the calculation method based on indicator diagram. Through the variation trend of submergence depth and the relationship between the submergence depth and pump efficiency, determine the reasonable submergence depth range. Considering the dynamic liquid level's variation curve after shut-in the pump can reflect the well supply capacity, establishing the working fluid level recovery model, provides the basis theory for optimal operation.Secondly, in terms of evaluation index calculation, discussing the influence factors of the system efficiency and the method of calculate pump efficiency, avoid the error of uneven phenomenon. Based on historical data and index of the reasonable scope, considering the complexity and fuzziness of oilfield system, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the single factor index evaluation, again by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine index weight, then use the multi-index comprehensive evaluation to get the final evaluation results.Finally, introducing the digital oil well monitoring and evaluation system, and uses the javaFX2.0 technology to design software interface design and programming, display Real-time data collected and the well running status. In this monitoring platform, we can do the fault diagnosis and warning, provides a real production statement to the manager.
