Spent grains and sewage sludge are two representational castoffs from industry. Spent grains is residual substance after foodstuff ferment in brewery, after the sewage deposition, will form sludge. Spent grains is to feed resource-based, while the sewage sludge is more to landfill disposal The traditional measure are limited, because the quantity of using not large, can not solve the problem radically, so to probe into a sort of more effective and rational using fashion will have upper directive meaning. The chemical characteristics of sludge are mutual to spent grains, because sludge can improve the nutritional conditions of lees. Lees and sludge as raw material at 400℃,500℃,600℃,700℃ were prepared under bio-char, designed to examine the bio-char prepared under different temperatures and the proportion of conditions selected by its characterization analysis of ammonia, the optimum preparation conditions of the adsorption properties of phosphorus and heavy metal chromium.Raw materials showed larger amount of mass loss and more obvious physical and chemical variation between 400℃ and 500℃ than the temperature range 500℃ to 700℃. The pH value of the overall performance of bio-char is to 700℃> 600℃> 500℃> 400℃, which increased from 7.4 to 10.1, and the majority of bio-char is alkaline. The voc also follow the law. The bio-char FT-IR showed:bio-char rich in carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl surface oxygen functional groups; the low temperature prepared bio-char also contain saturated alkyl and long-chain alkyl. The bio-char SEM analysis results showed that:with increasing carbonization temperature the number of blind holes reduced to the surface of the holes increases, the formation of irregular block stacking surface is not smooth.Biological adsorption of ammonia nitrogen wastewater results showed in the following. (1) Carbonization temperature range of 400℃-700℃, the adsorption properties of the spent grains:sludge system is 20.’80, ammonia nitrogen removal rate were 71.9%,82.8%,83.9% and 81.1%. (2) The best ratio of adsorption phosphorus-containing wastewater is lees:Sludge 0:100. (3) The best ratio of adsorption chromium waste water is lees:Sludge is 90:10, and the removal rate were 87.9%、91.5%,94%'99.1%.Appling the carbon concentrated adsorbent prepared in 700℃ with sludge proportion 80% into the adsorption research on acid scarlet. Results shown as followed. (1) The optimum adsorption time was 150 min and the influence of temperature and pH on the adsorption was not obvious. (2) The appropriate addition of carbon concentrated adsorbent was 10g/300mL, and two or multistage adsorption could reduce the use amount of adsorbent. (3) The optimum pH was 3+0.1, addition of iron was 10g/300mL, and reaction time was 40 min for iron-carbon concentrated adsorbent coupling reaction. Moreover, the optimum pH was 4±0.1, addition amount was 35 mmoL, and reaction time was 35 min for H2O2 of coupling reaction.Regeneration experiment of carbon concentrated sorbent results indicated that the best conditions of regeneration was at the temperature 700℃, temperature interval was 40℃, the regeneration time was 40 min and regeneration frequencies were 3 or 4. Flow rate nitrogen had no obvouis inffluences on regeneration effect.
